My hometown priest just informed me that at Palm Sunday Mass there was… 25 altar servers!

We’re a small rural town, so it’s actually astounding that there are 25 young people in the congregation, let alone altar servers!

It’s such an encouragement.

I was going through (another) period of spiritual dryness and my priest recommended that I pray the Liturgy of the Hours.

I was skeptical at first, because I didn’t think that simply reciting prayer would help, but it’s actually been incredible! It really gets you out of that slump and forces you to make time for God at multiple points during the day.

I would really recommend trying it, even for one day.

Hey, it would be much appreciated if you could pray for the repose of the soul of an 18 year old boy who died suddenly last night. Also for his family and girlfriend, who are obviously devastated

I’ve just been given a role in organising social events at my parish, so if anyone has any suggestions on what type of things they would have appreciated seeing in their own parish I would be extremely grateful!

Slightly paranoid I’m going to scare people off instead of attracting them.

My life has literally fell apart this year, but thank God it has.

I didn’t realise that so many things I thought were blessings, were harming me spiritually, psychologically and physically.

I’m so glad that I allowed God to tear those “blessings” out of my hands.

I’m in such a stronger place that I would never have expected in a million years.

God truly knows us better than we now ourselves.
