I spent so much time on this. All straight ahead animation all by hand.It could still be better, but as most things in life, I was working with a deadline. A fish is inspired to dance by observing a human.
Part of the Maya course was to design a character weapon and do an animated turnaround for it. I used a modified design of my D&D character’s heirloom whip. Tried to create a crystal lotus that it was floating above with light particles scattered about for an ethereal look.
I was being rushed with this one sadly. Had other class assignments demanding my attention.
Got a little behind on posting these as I got caught up with school. Probably one of my favorites of what I’ve animated.
One of my OCs being the guinea pig for the character expression animation assignment.
My first walk cycle animation. Done for Animation I [Winter 2022 semester].
My leaf drop animation for Animation I [Winter 2022 semester]. I really enjoyed making this one. Sad it is so short, though.

~ Art Challenge: Gesture A Day 2020! ~
With the dawn of the new year, I figure I’d set a personal goal for myself. To draw at least one gesture a day. So I created Gesture A Day for myself. I thought it would be fun to see if others wanted to participate? You don’t have to do every single day of the year if you don’t want to. It is just meant to be a chill prompt to get me to draw at least once a day. These are mostly just rough figure sketches. Feel free to tag your gesture with #gestureaday2020 for whatever days you guys want to participate on. So far, I’ve only been posting these on my Instagram, but I might put them here on Tumblr in the future. Don’t worry if you guys have missed January, you’re welcome to jump in at any point in the year! Happy drawing!

Day 10: The Lost
(Yeah, I forgot to post this back in October. Film class midterm consumed my life after the tenth, and by that point, I was too far behind to catch up on Inktober...I’ll have to try again in 2020.)

Still playing with my line weight. I’m excited to compare my early inktober pieces to my later inktober pieces to see how I progress.

Day 4: The Holy
Super tired, so I squeaked out a quickie instead of what I initially had in mind for this one. Updating on here a day late, but it was finished on the proper day.
