I may start documenting these...

I had another dream where I was on a demonic case. In it, some coins, a sort of tray, and some box had a demon attached to them. I was trying to get rid of them while keeping people involved, safe.

While these dreams tend to be pretty scary, I see them as a sign that demonology is what I'm meant to do.

The smudging went off without a hitch and the burial of the horse skull went great. Upon placing dirt on the skull, I heard a distant whinny, even though nobody around has a horse. Everything felt a little less heavy, as well. So, for my first paranormal case, I would call this one a success.

Doing my first house smudging/cleansing for a client, today. By which, I mean, it's the first time I'm doing it for a client. Kinda nervous, but I'm sure everything will be fine.

What to do...

What does one do, when one's mom has been through stage 4 bone cancer in their jaw, lost all her teeth due to radiation, most of her hearing due to said radiation (even though the hospital initially said she would be fine only to turn around and say it would greatly affect the hearing), gotten bad cataracts due to the radiation, is over 60, and had given up due to laziness? She drinks alcohol, even though numerous people (professional and non) have said she isn't supposed to. Pretty much spends all her time in bed. Hallucinates, visually and audibly. And repeatedly accuses her husband (also in his 60's) of cheating on her with his former girlfriend from over 30 years ago who was from a state about halfway across the country. I'm nearing my wits' end. My father is nearing his. I try so hard to keep peace and some joy in this house, but now I just want to leave or have the woman committed. I need help, so terribly.

An amazing fairy castle made from all natural materials: driftwood, branches, vines, twigs, leaves, moss, shells, stones, leaf skeleton, flowers, pods. 

There are little bedrooms with beds made from flowers and leaves, a living room with shelves of books, a chess set and little twig chairs. There is an art tower with a painting and sculpting studio and an art library. There’s even a mud room with a sink and pots for planting little flowers. 

There’s a bathroom, nearly hidden behind shelves of lotion bottles and perfumes. There is the laundry room with it’s ironing board and iron made form stems and pods. There’s even a little wash tub and a package of fairy soap. A little mailbox is filled with letters and a newspaper. And there are three towers made of stones at the top of the fairy castle. One of the towers is atop a little hermitage cottage; one can barely see in through the door to the tiny furniture inside. There are tiny dishes, paintings, sculptures and other amazing detail, all created from nature.

An unexpected friend...

While I was working on whittling a few wands, today, I noticed a little guest had come by. He/she stuck around for more than 10 minutes and we were both pretty chill. (And I was not stung, nor did I, at any time, freak out.)

The Haunted Moonville Tunnel in Moonville, Ohio

Legend says the ghost of a man carrying a lantern appears inside this haunted tunnel. He is said to have been a railroad brakeman who was struck by a train in the late 1800s.

This narrow railroad tunnel reportedly killed many foolish pedestrians trying to dash through it as  a shortcut. In fact, newspaper reports indicate at least four brakemen met their end in or near this dangerous tunnel. Trains stopped using the tunnel in 1986, but the brakeman is said to continue his lonely vigil.
