an old man was brought to the hospital due to heart attack. cardiac arrest was then followed while setting him up. at the first shock, his heart didn't respond and they set him up with LUCAS cpr machine. the next shocks were double sequential defibs, but still no response from his heart. they set him up for ECMO as the final attempt to revive his heart.
