#CR0WGUIDED — a selective, original lore fantasy based muse that can be tied into the events of baldur's gate 3 as a tadpole-less companion or npc (but certainly not a tav). BROM DHALMIRIY, a surface born drow and PALADIN OF CONQUEST for the goddess, THE MORRIGAN. rooted in entirely original lore regarding kingdom and connections, this blog is developed in proximity to my other blog, killian. given the nature of the oath of conquest, you can expect this blog to contain heavily triggering themes ! while i will do my best to tag them appropriately, i could easily miss a few - so please reach out if you need additional content tagged. otherwise, if mentions of war, medieval combat, and other various nsfw themes don't vibe with you, feel free to not follow. multiship, multiverse; very crossover friendly to other fandoms / verses.

he likes to get under people's skin. what makes them tick and react in a way ellarian witnesses. brom, however, confident and faithful, surprisingly reacts in a manner that almost surprises the elf. the second the other grabs his chin, the book in his lap is all but forgotten. this man standing above him is keen on a reply, one he will not give under the circumstances. at least, not right now. this position forces him to lock his gaze, which could be suggested as submissive. he got what he wanted anyway.

ellarian merely hums in reply, a curt noise as he remains his place. " no, " he says, hand resting on brom's forearm, " i would never doubt it, brom. "

mismatch stare rakes over the other's expression, though his own remains placid and nearly uninterested ... as if he is looking for nothing and everything all at once. simply glancing, like reading over someone's shoulder with a passive disinterest that only kills time. but that's hardly the case. war weathered hands don't tighten per-say, but they do offer little room for movement for a moment - whatever his companion sought in terms of reply, brom wonders what and why. muscles twitch under skin, hand sliding from chin down over the expanse of exposed throat. no pressure, only the idle pass of skin.

i just think paladins becoming the avatars for their gods being extremely taxing on their very mortal bodies as users who wield limited magic to begin with most of the time. i simply think paladins, sword drawn, uttering prayer to the empty space before them as the sky cracks open and brilliance bleeds through the moment like wounds reopened. basked in the divine blessings of their god to topple impossible enemies and the sweeping exhaustion that follows. i just think paladins becoming the avatars for their gods temporarily, and the longer it goes on for, the more damaging it is. i'm talking old wounds reopening, nose bleeds + ears bleeding. i'm talking immune system depleted, organs failing, bones becoming brittle under skin. the price of wielding a divinity not meant for anyone but the divine. an agonizing necrosis across battle weary form as the celebration of victory becomes something much more horrifying. i think paladins becoming the avatars for their gods being both a sign of blessing, yet a sacrifice to some degree all the same.

just an fyi - i am comfortable with you tagging me in random starters, sending unprompted rp asks, continuing meme replies as threads (even nsfw ones), and generally spamming my notifications with interaction. i know a lot of people in the rpc have had negative interactions with others revolving these things, and it can be super intimidating to approach other people because of that. but i am absolutely throwing out there that i thrive off of that kind of stuff, and it makes me feel like you’re generally interested in my character or writing. so please, never feel inclined to ask permission to send things or reply to things - as long as we’re mutuals, the door is always open!
