Attention Bloomians!

Now is time for rebellion against forces that have long since plagued mankind. Above is the flag for my newly formed resistance against the apocalyptic plans of Sheldon Jadriel Plutarch and his infected army of human/animal hybrids. He is going by another name now, Father Nu of the Plankton.

He himself is controlling Cordyceps mensexcoriator, a terrifying species of fungal plankton that mutates the mind and body, and is using the resources and knowledge provided to him by the fungus to gain a substantial army.

Now is the time, Bloomians. We will fight. Our army is small, but our knowledge is our power. Amongst us we have some of the greatest minds on the planet, using advanced alien technology and the hidden secrets nature to stop him and his terrifying second coming of a more aberrant earth. Our hopes are high.

As of now Agent Gator is confirmed to be hosting an ancient Egyptian God. We think more extraterrestrial Fungi mutated Agent Gator and his team, and turned em to Godkillers. There is some sort of fucker pulling the strings. It’s like insect hive mind. The man behind the curtain. There’s just one name their calling him, “Father Nu of Plankton”, but his real name is Sheldon Jadriel Plutarch. He is the man trying to bring the apocalypse, and also the embodiment of Nu, the Egyptian River Death God.

Kraig, a student of mine is a good code breaker, and I sold him an oz. of oregano in a baggy to have him unscramble it a bit.

Deeper Bloom: Chaper 3

Genesis...

The year was 1946, I had a small colony founded in Sandal Atoll, a chain of islands located in the Marshall Islands immediately after a division of the United States government bombed nearby islands, Bikini Atoll. Sandal Sole was a haven of technology and philosophy, it was located at the bottom of the adjacent ocean. What was special about the Sandal Atoll was the proximity to Bikini Atoll meant it was exposed to radiation, but Sandal Sole had a knack to quickly absorb Radiation due to the abundance of Fungi and Meteorite material located at the Bottom.

My research aboard "The Barnacle Darling" was primarily focused on the Fungal mutations of sea life, while my childhood friend and research partner, Sheldon Jadriel Plutarch, was more focused on the Meteorite Based Mutations.

Our research had been yielding amazing results for Samboforma deusglomerforum, Seniorem prophetispinus, and another type of Fungus which infected crabs, Chitinatesta lapisacarnem, which resulted in extreme strength and armor like a crab or other shellfish.

I remember our research samples going missing...

I remember my team becoming distant, with almost Mono-like symptoms...

I remember waking up, finding the base empty, except for Plutarch...

I remember him, dressed in beautiful, archaic technology, plunging a non-metaphorical knife into my chest...

I don't remember what happened next...

I do remember coming to...

Sinking...

I was underwater... watching my base go up in flames... sinking around me... as my vision fades... I bleed out... and I go to sleep...
