• NorthShore care will ship your free samples of diapers. This is a good way to determine if you even like wearing diapers if you haven’t tried them yet.

• Sizing can be difficult to get right. I have a big butt so I usually have to buy large size even though I wear a size 34 in pants. Sizing varies throughout almost every type of diaper so make sure to check before you buy

• Taping your diaper properly is very important to prevent leaks. I can send or post a link if you’re interested.

• It took me a long time to accept that being ABDL is a part of who I am. Never feel like you are alone! This is a huge community! Especially on Reddit and twitter. People are almost always willing to help or answer questions!
