If you ever need to prank someone, find a surge protector they have plugged in in an inconvenient place, like under a desk- plug a small radio into it, on full blast. Then stash the radio where it won’t be noticed, and ever so gently unplug the surge protector.

When the victim investigates why their shit isn’t on, they will have to get under their desk or whatever, then be startled as hell when as soon as they plug it in, some staticky ass version of Love In An Elevator starts blaring from nowhere.
