HiI am calling on my bones, at this 6 o’clock in the morning session. I am calling upon my empty casket and my open wounds, to fight for me through the end of the war. I call upon my lurking shadow, to feel the warmth of the ones surrounded. Yet… The warmth is cold. It freezes the lungs and shivers the bones. The trembling of your skeleton cannot withstand the heat of reality. Call on the bones whom cannot save you in the desperation of your resurrection. The cold will freeze over the last remaining artifact; turn back: NOW! Before it has become dark and cold. There will be no way out- the tunnels are blocked. You will have to dig your way through the brush. Prepare for the thorns. The poison ivy that will sting your flesh. The deep depths of water you will swim, the mountains you shall climb. Prepare yourself for the devious road ahead, for it will not be kind. Yet, it will be generous. Follow the path towards your imminence. For, that fire, will blaze in eternity, for the sanctity of the sins, the humanization of immortality. Free are the forgotten, found… are the lost.

Souls
And sometimes, it’s okay to not dream about anything. It’s okay to be confused of what you truly want to happen in your future. Sometimes, it’s okay to live through the day, and survive—everything that’s in the present.

“She is the witch. You know her, yet you do not know her. She has been with you always, yet she eludes you. She is your mother, your sister, your inmost self. You love her and fear her. You hate her, but are drawn to her.”
— Erica Jong, from Witches: Poems; “The Witch,” originally published c. 1981
When you say ‘I love you’, don’t just say it, but say it with your whole heart. Mean it with your whole being. Allow for it to radiate through the surface of your skin and into the lives of those you care about.
Nicole Addison @thepowerwithin
“When we learn the internal lesson from pain, we transform it into power. When we don’t learn anything from pain, we transform it into suffering. It’s up to us. @rachelwolchin”

“This morning, I woke up earlier than usual. The sky was dark, and most souls were still running wild in their dreams. The tender breeze against my skin reminded me of your soft touch. And the little stars on the sky reminded me of your bright little smile. This morning, I woke up earlier than usual. Only to realize that I am nothing more than a lost parcel that is a thousand miles away from you. So if you find me, please do send me back to me.”
— Lukas W. // The lost parcel (via somepiecesofmyheartandsoul)
“Mysterious and ancient, your heart is wholly fathomless;”
— José Santos Chocano, tr. by Mildred E. Johnson, from “Who Knows?,”
“You bring chaos to yourself that you no longer be able to glow on your own. It is sad to think, you rely on the spark of others, which should not be the case after all. If all stars are like that, if all love are like that, for sure, it will always be distantly painful. It will take time to get used to this kind of coldness. But I am always looking for something that will ignite me, or anything that bring cinders to create fire, as though I have left my love somewhere in those dying flames.”
— Chuck Akot, “Somewhere in those d y i n g f l a m e s.”
“Believe that you deserve a future you enjoy. Believe in your ability to transform yourself. No one can do this for you, but yourself– you are the wild card, you are the changemaker, you are your own light.”
— Sydney Correa, Stop and Smell the Roses: The Little Book of Loving Myself
“Locking in and focusing on me and my dreams isn’t being selfish it’s practicing self love. I love myself enough to want more.”
—
Affirmation of the day.
“i’ve begged myself not to write a poem about you, but i don’t listen”

I chose the wrong song
to dance my life away
When the right one came
I was almost gone
When I heard the words
that were meant for me
my emptiness laughed,
my words were gone
I kept my silence
I don’t think
It will be enough for the love
that was meant for me
because of the love
that killed me .

“Why do they always teach us that it’s easy and evil to do what we want and that we need discipline to restrain ourselves? It’s the hardest thing in the world - to do what we want. And it takes the greatest kind of courage. I mean, what we really want.”
— Ayn Rand
