another character from the Dominion SMP over on youtube. This time it’s a rendition of Sneve the blazeborn. I, uh. had to take some artistic liberties. His skin looks like he’s a sentient stick of butter, ok?!

So, uh. It's been a while since I posted anything. was having a bit of a dry spell on the art front, but then I got the urge to draw this. and I'm super freaking happy with how it came out.

I know I haven't been very active on here lately, but here's this thing that I just finished. It took a couple of weeks, but I definitely feel like I've improved because of this piece.

"The Cinders breed is known for its devious, territorial nature and its dark coloration. They will often mark the borders of its territory with its claws and chase off any interlopers. They are well suited to cold climates and experienced trainers." "The Junglefowl breed is harder to see than most, choosing to nest in the branches of trees. Their long legs and larger than average wings allow them to be the fastest of torchic variations. Their long beaks are able to dig through tree bark to get insects that others of their species could not. They are recommended only for experienced trainers." "The Silky is an intelligent, easy to train breed, but requires help with grooming its long feathers. These Torchic usually carry a stick, and will cry if it is destroyed or broken. They make for excellent pets or first pokemon and have a distinct silhouette." "The Bantam breed is of feral stock that has intermingled with Scrafty. They are independent, often pick fights, and will test their trainers often. That said, if they are allowed to battle often enough, they will be happy. They're known for their peculiar headcrest that is set perpendicular to the crest of most breeds, grey belly, and shaggy, rough appearance."

I had fun with torchic variations. I especially like the Delphox one and the Scrafty one.

Whelp, this one snowballed way out of the sketch it was supposed to be. Some full armor for my OC Lyn, because she’s surprisingly squishy for someone who can lift a small truck off the ground. Also because she doesn’t have anything that she can properly fight hand-to-hand in, or protect her tail. That thing’s delicate!

I did end up finishing it. I like the way it turned out. I really like the one pose on the left with the spear. And surprisingly, I don’t hate my handwriting here either.

The song the lyrics are from is called Renegades by X Ambassadors.

Not entirely sure I’ll finish this but it kept popping into my head whenever I listened to Renegades bu X ambassadors so I decided to draw it anyhow. Obviously a WIP.

I forgot that I had Flux on while I was drawing this. Oh well, it still came out looking nice.

I went and chatted with some friends while I was drawing. THis is the result.

My friends got me interested in Splatoon, only I can’t play it. So instead I drew this. They’re all alternate versions of a group that I RP with on another site. 

The one with the .52 Gal is a version of Dante that I RP with, played by miss-slothrop, I pretty much just picked that weapon because of the special attack called Killer Wail, which makes a guitar sound when it’s set off.

The one with the silvery weapon belongs to my friend salaura, with the weapon E-Liter 3k. She does parkour in the ‘verse they all come from, which is a good thing for a sniper. The black gradient is because that’s her hair color and a color she normally wears.

The one with the golden weapon is named Aurion. I know the guy that plays him has a tumblr but I can’t remember what it’s called. XP The weapon itself is called Aerospray RG, selected because of the subweapon and special allowing him to rack of kills on the other side of the map. He’s known for his absurd speed in the RP, so this made sense for me. It’s hard to see, but his ‘hair’ has a brown gradient to it. It’s a color I associate with him, and his hair color.

The last one is my own RPC, Lyn. I gave her the Krak-On Roller because of the Kraken ability. Yeah I know it’s overpowered, but that’s actually this character’s schtick. She’s very strong, physically, and has a tendency to go berserk in her original ‘verse. The blue on her ‘hair’ is because that’s the color of her skin in her canon, and the orange speckles are because her hair is orange even there. Also the tattoos are because it’s a rare AU where she doesn’t have them.

This thing took forever to finish, but I still managed to do so about a month ago. I’ve been sitting on it since then, even though I wanted to show it off. Enjoy!

Why do I keep thinking up projects that make me want to scream?

Got this done, finally. I had entirely too much fun with this, even if their outfits were a bit hard to figure out initially.

I started this thinking that it'd make a great title card for the Homestuck fanadventure that I've been working on, but it's nice enough to stand on its own. You can find the reference I used mentioned in the click-through link. I made the overall look reminiscent of Skaia.
