Extreme Kpop Diets.
As you might know, Kpop artists are known for how skinny & polished they appear for their comebacks. Today, I'll be talking about a few of these ^^ Sistar-Soyou: She followed the '1 meal a day diet,' for a month, and lost approximately 18lbs. Sistar-Dasom: She continued a mono-diet for 3 weeks, only eating cucumbers. She lost about 10kg in those 3 weeks. IU: IU is known for her extremely petite figure. She admitted to only eating an apple for breakfast, one sweet potato for lunch, & a protein shake for dinner. (To first get this small figure, IU would only eat an apple for every meal, until she reached her goal weight.) Park Boram: They went on an only tomato diet, and had amazing results! Tomatoes are great to flush your system & are extremely healthy. One cherry tomato only has 3 calories. One large tomato contains 15 calories, & so does 5 cherry tomatoes.
