weird to say out of nowhere; i almost like died tonight. ok im over exaggerating but my tremors were horrible and my migraine was literally killing me. it was reminiscent of when i had chs. genuinely i think i ate bad food. didnt throw up though, i forced myself to because i felt so nauseous. i was prescribed promethazine back in august for my ssri but ive been too afraid to take them because i hate the idea i have to keep taking them for: 1, bad feelings to go away and 2, bad feelings will come back if i suddenly stop taking them. fortunately, im not nauseous now, the booming in my head stopped, my eyes arent straining, i feel great! i couldnt thank my boyfriend enough for keeping me at his side; i was genuinely afraid i was going to have a seizure. just an update…idk, im okay. even if you weren’t wondering; i still wanted to share. its scary when your body just attacks itself and you just have to wait it out. im going to write later today :) cute things from now on!
