Everyman Espresso in New York
"If you're tired of nerdy coffee shops that deliver great drinks but make you feel like a moron, then get yourself to the super-friendly Everyman Espresso in New York" wrote the Village Voice in its review — and we couldn't have said it better.Â
We can appreciate a coffee shop that doesn't just cater to the new wave of coffee nerds, but hopes to share its love of coffee for, well, the everyman.
Australia has a unique coffee culture...
Australia has a unique coffee culture of it’s own that is influenced mostly from the large Italian immigrant population. One of the wonderful things the Italians brought with them is their love of coffee, and you can find some of the best in Sydney.
Recently there has been a boom of local cafes roasting their own coffee and distributing it in the city. The top and best in my opinion are Campos Coffee, Toby Estate and Single Origin. At almost any cafe serving any of these coffee brands you’ll be sure to get a really good cup of coffee.

Amazing Facts about Coffee!
During Turkish wedding ceremonies, grooms were made to vow to always provide their brides with coffee. Failure to do so could result in divorce.Â
The Boston Tea Party resulted in Americans switching from tea to coffee as an expression of freedom.
Weight Loss With Green Coffee
When you think of coffee, you usually think of the beverage. However, if your focus is weight loss, green coffee extract could be an effective aid.Â
Following a 22-week study of 16 overweight adults, researchers discovered that participants given green coffee bean extract had undergone significant weight loss with 37.5% of them transitioning from being at a pre-obesity weight to a normal weight range.
Coffee for Enhanced Sexual Health!!!
Many sexual woes, including erectile dysfunction and decreased vaginal lubrication are a matter of blood not getting where it needs to be. So, by improving arterial health and decreasing the risk of plaque formation, coffee may not only improve heart health. It may improve sexual health.Â
For example, a 2015 PLOS ONE study shows that men who consumed two to three coffee cups’ worth of caffeine per day had the lowest incidence of ED.

STUMPTOWN: Another longtime leader in specialty coffee, Stumptown now has roasting locations (with stylish cafĂ©s) in Seattle, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles as well as its native Portland, Oregon.Â
Some folks have quasi-religious attachments to their blends, like the reliable Hairbender, but the real finds are on Stumptown's impressively long list of single-origin coffees.
Your liver loves coffee!
Yes, it’s true. In addition to lowering the risk of liver cancer, coffee consumption has been linked to a lower incidence of cirrhosis, especially alcoholic cirrhosis.Â
A study demonstrated an inverse correlation between increased coffee consumption and a decreased risk of cirrhosis–a 20 percent reduction for each cup consumed (up to four cups).Â
Scientists found an inverse relationship between coffee drinking and blood levels of liver enzymes. Elevated levels of liver enzymes typically reflect inflammation and damage to the liver. The more coffee subjects drank, the lower their levels of enzymes.

INTELLIGENTSIA: One of the first artisan coffee roasters, Intelligentsia pioneered the Direct Trade coffee movement, establishing one-on-one relationships with the growers of their beans—and also helped popularize the idea of "in season" coffee.
This LA- and Chicago-based roaster continues to deliver solid, expressive roasts of a large roster of coffees month after month. And if you're in NYC, LA, or Chicago, you can also stop by one of their cafés for a cup or a class.
Your Favorite Flavored Latte
Use this basic recipe to make your favorite flavored latte with a home espresso machine.
Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the flavored syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top.
Drinking coffee cuts the risk of death from cardiovascular disease
Longer-term, drinking coffee cuts the risk of death from cardiovascular disease. A 15-year study of over 41,000 women found that the risk of death from cardiovascular disease was 24% lower among those consuming 1 to 3 cups of coffee daily, which was confirmed by other studies on men and women.
Preventing cardiovascular disease at the cellular level, just one cup of coffee inhibited platelet aggregation within one hour, regardless of its caffeine content. More good news: studies found that regular coffee consumption improved inflammation and HDL ("good") cholesterol, and decreased coronary calcification.
Coffee is healthy for your heart.
A landmark Dutch study, which analyzed data from more than 37,000 people over a period of 13 years, found that moderate coffee drinkers (who consumed between two to four cups daily) had a 20 percent lower risk of heart disease as compared to heavy or light coffee drinkers, and nondrinkers.
There is some evidence that coffee may support heart health by protecting against arterial damage caused by inflammation.
