Use this basic recipe to make your favorite flavored latte with a home espresso machine.
Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the flavored syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top.
Pine Nut Flavored
Customer: I'd like a triple tall pine nut latte.
Me: Excuse me?
Customer: Triple tall, pine nut.
Me: I'm sorry, did you say hazelnut?
Customer: Pine nut. You don't have pine nut syrup?
Me: I'm afraid not.
Customer: *stares at me like I came from mars*
Customer: Can I do half almond and half pumpkin spice, then? You should check out pine nuts though.

My work uses Monin syrups for our flavored lattes and I was just looking at some flavors on their website:
Cupcake, Triple Sec, Habanero Lime (what), Hickory Smoke, Blue Cotton Candy, Espresso (why) Rose, Spicy Mango, Peanut Butter (I thought this was a myth), and Cola, just to name a few strange flavors.
I would actually like to try Pomegranate and Blackberry.
