These are my plans for Willow Creek 😍

Lots marked with ✨ are already finished, so if it is a residential lot there are utilities from #forrent like the waterheater, the heaters, the electricity box and other fixtures like lightswitches, smokedetector, thermostat and fire sprinkling system. Some also have a fireplace since this wouldn‘t be something you bring when you‘re moving 🙂but every house or apartment will be completely unfurnished except from these items 😊

If you download my builds from the gallery username CREASIMS it doesn‘t matter if you don‘t have those items or if you don‘t want to play with that 😊you can change the builds to your needs, since you need to furnish them yourself anyway 😁

The SIMS 4 empty worlds overview - Blanc Canvas for creating your own savefile

Here are the empty worlds of #thesims4 in pictures for everyone who needs a blanc canvas to create own #savefiles or whatever you want to use it as 😊

That's what I use it for! That canvas helps me to keep an eye on how many #communitylots, rental units (because you can only have 100 in the whole savefile) I have in my save. I tend to do a lot of cafés and restaurant (because I do have so much inspiration for all kinds of cafés and restaurants) so with the canvas (and an additioanal excel-sheet) I can track my lots better to have a good variety of nearly every #lottype in the game. I also note some descriptive phrases of the neighbourhood in the canvas so I know where lots and sims make sense 😊

NightFactory Nightclub

Well I furnished the main rooms on the ground floor. The sims are lucky - this is actually a kitchen that I would definitely would like to have😍and the fireplace is actually self-made 💪🏼
