A sweet and sour apple butter BBQ sauce coats tender baby back ribs that are perfect for a tasty and filling meal.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1 cup apple butter. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, whisk together apple butter, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create the BBQ sauce. Place the racks of ribs on a large cutting board and remove the membrane from the back of each rack. Brush the ribs with a generous amount of the apple butter BBQ sauce, coating both sides. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with more sauce, until the ribs are caramelized and cooked to your liking. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the Apple Butter BBQ Ribs with extra sauce on the side and enjoy!
