Create a party from any of eight classes! There's nothing stopping you from not having a healer around, or only having healers. Of course, you could also go it alone, but that's ill-advised.

When the time comes, layer on new classes! Three times, in fact!

Engage in traditional, fast-paced, turn-based RPG combat, and use a myriad of skills to fell hundreds of different types of foes.

Want to give your sorcerer a whip? Go for it! Want to give your archer a sword? They won't be any good at using it, but go for it anyway! Any class can use any equipment, but whether or not they'll be any good at using it is another story!

Encounter a variety of characters as you travel the world and uncover the mysteries of a civilization long thought vanished.

Finished the game and want to return to a specific point? No problem! The Plot Jump feature allows you to hop to one of many places in the story right from a fresh save [once you've seen an ending, of course]!
