When you get Rover's amiibo he can bring along Tom Nook to the cafe, when this happens Tom lets out that Rover has helped him bring a lot of people to him to buy homes, referencing New Leaf, however this implies that Rover talking to you on the train in New Leaf, was a planned tactic by Tom Nook, to bring you to his store to then sell you a house putting your in a life long debt web. Also in New Horizons it's shown that everyone goes way back with Tom Nook, despite Tom not having the level of influence he does in this game that he does in previous. In New Leaf is a salesman, no more important than Leif or the Able Sisters, yet now he basically has a monopoly on your island life, with everyone somehow a friend of Tom. Was Tom running a secret organized ring behind your back that doesn't pay off until New Horizons?

Okay I added a mini on my island, the minute I did they triggered an event with the news tower which allowed them to tour it behind the scenes, it happened too quickly and I can't find anything on it, has this happened to anyone

I have to say my favorite part of Tomodachi life is that the miis are treated like their own species, so that it's less a life simulation and more of a sea monkey tank of odd balls doing whatever they want

Weird thing about kpop demon hunters is how little of other bands we see, I think it's like implied there is more bands but then we literally only see huntrix then saja boys. I wonder if the demon hunters own their own company and the reason their so rich is because it's a generational monopoly on the music industry. What if the reason the band we see on the wall in the doctor's office really is a failed band because of the monopoly and those are the saja boys.

The irony of kpop demon hunters is that the hunters are based off of shaman women and shamans are sorta in a similar vein to the western idea of devil possession. The only difference is that it's not considered a bad thing, because it's believed that shaman exists when an old god isn't worshipped they rise and take a human body as a vessel. Sharing the body with the current human soul in it, basically making the human follow rituals, and live to serve the spirit who takes their body. In return they receive prophetic dreams, can do rituals, and tell fortunes, and the gods tell and advise them. Some vessels go as far as marrying their spirit by remaining celibate. What's crazy to me is that the how gwi ma talks to jinu and controls him feels way more in line with shamans then the hunters who have a lot of free will when literally if they were actually shamans the spirit could at anytime puppet their bodies.

weird kdh detail, jinu is seen drinking human food in the soda pop scene, and later when he tells the members they can eat all the souls they want, he doesn't include himself. I don't know what this means or if that's connected to him somehow having a soul but I thought this was interesting.

Seeing the burns on the todoroki family always gave me mixed feelings, on one hand it represents the sacrifice to save the one member of their family who doesn't want to be saved. Which is alright but what I never liked is the idea the burns represent the sins of the family or what they need to repent for. With enji having the most and shoto having the least or what not, because sure I get endeavor but what sins do fuyumi, natsuo, and rei have to bare they are all victims of enji. They were powerless too, and yet the idea that they have responsibilities to bear is insulting. Like imagine if some killer had you and your friend in a basement and the friend dies but before you were about to be next the cops show up and arrest the killer, but then they slap the hand cuffs on you too just because you were there. What do you mean you were both strapped to the same chairs, what do you mean he was about to rip your arm off, you were there you should have stopped it, time for jail. That's how the burn marks on the rest of the todoroki family feel like. They don't deserve it, they don't even need to come together as a family. Dabi is a terrorist why is that their fault? It's enji 's, enji should have died fighting dabi if he wants to atone for his sins so bad. Don't drag the other victims into this, natsuo literally hugged touya every night while he cried and natsuo still has scars to represent what? That he's a scapegoat in a family of scapegoats all there to serve the wrongdoings of enji.

Also justice for rei for literally having to go into an insane asylum because enji broke her so much but still having to take care of him and wheel him around for no other reason except she's his wife and she needs to take on the responsibility of her family. Because making a woman who was forced into marriage and beat every day until she went crazy having to take responsibility for her own abuse and then take care of her abuser because that makes her a good wife and mother is sick. Enji should go to jail if he's really sorry, not letting the family blame themselves while telling everyone he's gonna change and do better, and yet still do nothing but ruin his family to the end.

Another thing about bridgerton, Jane Austen's books, and what not, is how important Sherlock Holmes is. Like forget breaking cases he breaks every cultural norm of the time, Sherlock Holmes is about a crazy gay coke addict who drags along his confused husband to murder case after case for literally just the thrill of it. He doesn't even care if he gets paid and only charges rich clients he doesn't like. And gets his brother who's basically in the Victorian FBI to foot all his bills, and take care of him, so he can risk his life again, literally just for fun. Not to mention he's always high, if not on drugs then on the case, which pretty much works out the same. So he's going around the room banging on drawers or walls for clues, yelling at people, prancing around the room, laughing to himself while Watson has to apologize for him. You don't understand how much I would pay, to see this man in a pride and prejudice crossover where Sherlock is just himself and everyone has to deal with it because he's the only one who can help. Mr Darcy would need him to find wickham, and Sherlock upon hearing this would pounce from his chair laughing like a lunatic.

Also another thing to add is that Watson and Sherlock's relationship is basically Watson being a happy go lucky bisexual and Sherlock a gay who hates women but mostly when Watson is appreciating. Like there was an episode where a pretty girl shakes Watson's hand and he's just like "thank you", and Sherlock just shows her out. Another is when Sherlock goes "I don't know Watson the fairer sex is your department" when Watson wonders if another pretty girl will be okay. But I always love how Watson is always going to Sherlock when he sees pretty girls and he's like "Isn't she beautiful" and Sherlock literally walks away. Like come Sherlock you know he isn't gonna cheat he just needs to recognize queens when he sees them, just nod your head and move on

I only saw a little bit of bridgerton but I think it's funny there's all these websites to recommend afternoon tea for bridgerton vibes, or in the show the characters are seen waltzing, with these elaborate dresses, when none of things were in the regency era. Like where's my weird tip toe dance, you know the one where everyone is side by side and awkwardly twirling around each other? Where's the weird pajama clothes? The regency era is only romantic because Jane Austen made it that way, everything everyone loves about English literature happens in literally every other era except the regency era.
