I love my lupins :)
Got to try a little bit of cyanotype! Thanks to @degenezijde generously sharing their cyanotype paper, expertise and garden bounty with me <3
I was seduced by this (horribly synthetic) yarn due to its color scheme, which beautifully matches my bedroom color scheme (mainly the dark teal and yellow) and also my row counter ring. So hot water bottle cover it is!
I dyed this yarn in a workshop quite a few years ago now, wanted a nice cheery yellow with a bit of variation instead of just a 'flat' color. I thought it worked out pretty well, and I like the look of it now it's finally knitted up too. Was in a finishing kind of mood so every last scrap was used up in the pompom.
More socks! Ribbed this time, more comfy to wear
Figure drawing at T-Day 2026
Did a ceramics painting workshop at work last year, went for something colorful to (sort of) match what I did with my living room wall
Aurora sweater done!
Pattern: Northland by PetiteKnit
Yarn: Fat Easy Wool + Dirty Children Mohair held together, Bart & Francis
Wishing you a radiant new year! ✨
Happy B-day to @degenezijde! 🐝🐝🐝
Another oldie
Pattern: not sure but I think it was Antarktis by Janina Kallio
Finished this nearly 6 years ago, still love it!
At the time I did a whole calculation to determine how much yarn would be needed for equal width stripes (lil math puzzle), but in the end decided I liked the look of equal surface better (equal amount of yarn per color, diminishing stripe width).
Pattern: Drops Scheherazade (but larger)
Yarn: Durable Cosy & byClaire Nr. 2 in 8 colors
Scarf in brioche stitch (technically in fisherman's rib with only knit stitches)
I'm terrible about remembering to post my yarn crafts (here or anywhere), but let's try. My first attempt at socks! Nice and comfy
Wishing you a year filled with beautiful moments ✨
Happy purrrthday to @degenezijde, from all your foster kittens! 😺😺😺😺
