Hello, saezuru friends and fans! I’ve seen this done in a number of other fandoms and I think it’s time we had one of our own.
The concept is simple: record yourself answering the questionnaire that’s attached to this post. You can go to http://vocaroo.com/ and upload it as a reblog or independent post to tumblr. Vocaroo only allows for one recording at a time, so be prepared for that. Get some water, clear your throat. etc.
There is a ‘vocab’ section that always starts these challenges, so of course the words will be Japanese – if you’re not comfortable with that, just skip it. no harm, no foul.
In my opinion, this is a really nice way for fans to ‘chat’ about the series and give their perspective, and also to hear – perhaps for the first time – what other saezuru fans sound like. I know we’re quite the international community, so I think it’ll be fascinating to hear even a small collection of us.
I’m uploading the questionnaire now and I’ll be posting my own as a reblog for this when I’m done – feel free to start yours beforehand. You’ll hear my melodious midwestern american bumpkin voice soon enough.
also, if you’re going to talk about Chapter 23, please tag spoilers appropriately; yes it’s been released in Japan, but many people have not received their copies yet and haven’t had a chance to read it. Please be decent.
