Hello Associates,

This new account was made to help me answer all of your many, MANY inquiries. On my main account @unfairlyfallen , I do my best to keep up with the Asks that I receive, but I only have so much energy these days, and I also have to be cautious of creating walls of notifications for everyone who follows me -- Which requires a level of pickiness.

Not on here!

I have employed the help of @azirawaffle to manage the inbox and assist in responding to the Asks you send me. This was her fantastic idea, and she did all of the wonderful theming and graphic design. She is the best personal assistant I could ask for. 💚

I know I said on my personal account that silliness would not be tolerated on company time, and I stand by that. This, however, is not company time, and as such, silliness and whimsy are (begrudgingly) perfectly acceptable in this inbox. I will read them all, and the ones that are too nonsensical for me will be answered by my lovely assistant.

I will link this account in my pinned post, as will Emily, so that it is easy to find.

This little fellow is the Green Tortoise Beetle, or Cassida circumdata !!!!! It looks quite like a gem or, if you squint, the markings are almost vaguely eye-esque... so I thought it'd be perfect to show here!

So, I sit within sight of this…thing during the week. Thought it was cool, I need more eye themed things. Might see if I can find something like it one day. Feels mildly ominous when I remember its existence

Oh yes, there are many paintings just like that one around my tiny office. It is... in no way cheaper than cctv, the paintings themselves are very expensive, so my boss clearly must have put them there for the love of the game.

Feeling a sense of ominousness is good! That's how you know it's working. :>

Did you know there's a Steam game that uses your in-person eye movements to determine whether your character lives or dies There's a Thing moving around that only moves when you blink while you attempt to keep moving boxes around. Thought it was very Eye-aligned when I saw people playing it

I can't decide what Burning Spice Cookie's alignment is ;-;

Like, he fits the Slaughter or the Desolation, but he also is obsessed with hunting his 'other half' Golden Cheese Cookie

Like his beast name is literally the Beast of Destruction, and he lives in a desolate desert, and has slaughtered most of the other cookie tribes, etc.

Also, fun fact, Golden Cheese Cookie is the virtue of Abundance, while Burning Spice used to be the virtue of Change before his corruption along with the other beast cookies (I've sent Shmilk's already as you know lol)

Ik you probably know nothing of crk, but idk maybe put in a couple cents.

For my own personal opinion regarding The Slaughter VS The Hunt, which I feel is relevant here, is that when someone is afflicted with The Hunt they experience a greater loss of self, but more focused target[s], while those of The Slaughter get progressively 'sensless' in terms of who they choose to target, but they themselves do not seem to degrade. The Desolation, of course, has its Fire motif, but is more closely linked to loss and destruction as opposed to violence [though of course, all three of these are very similar to one another]

I'd say it depends on why he does his slaughtering of the other tribes - his motivation [hunt], or lack of one [slaughter], and if his intention is to hurt [hunt/slaughter], or to end/take away [desolation]

Though, with you mentioning 'corruption' and his focus on a particular fellow, I'd say it seems he leans closest to the Hunt.

They certainly... are. I have personally spent a non-zero amount of energy avoiding them, as I did any "living" toy - having a preference for those made inanimate and then later cursed/possessed, instead of corporate-infused evil.
