The Slenderman and How to Repel Him
The Slenderman is easily one of the most powerful and most dangerous creatures that one could find themselves dealing with. He is an impeccable predator and will never stop once he has his sights on someone.
There is no such thing as a thing without weakness, though, and I was mulling it over when I got an idea. I was in physics class, and the sign for a vector pointing into a page looks remarkably like the Symbol. Its opposite is a circle with a dot in it, which is the denotation for a vector pointing out of a page.
What if it's the same with Slender? The Operator Symbol brings him to you. The other symbol repels him.
It's canon now.
ABSOLUTELY! Yes!
(Mobile is a shit and won't let me reply directly but I love the idea)

Hi! I'm just double checking before I ask but are match-ups open? 👉👈
They are, I just haven't been posting them yet! (I am still working on them, but they are open!)

Whoever had “Dyatlov Pass Incident Solved Using Frozen” on their Bingo card...
But what about the missing eyes and tongue? Is there an explanation for that? The radiation?
This was my first thought. Not to mention what drove experienced hikers to cut their way out of a safe tent and go out into the snow and inclement weather.
Also the weird photos found on the scene. Also, I agree. Why would they even cut the tent, either? Leave the tent calmly in bare feet? They weren't inexperienced and they also knew the area was dangerous. Their journals also reported that they were all exhausted. I don't think an avalanche explains it all, even though it may explain most of the injuries.
Also, wouldn't an avalanche in that area have been reported?
Fair warning that I have a bad time with tone, especially online fjekdbejebrjen so I always assume best intentions/joking but I am always So Fucking Scared that I'm interpreting something wrong

I feel so fucking god-brain right now. Will post about it later.
How would the pasta react to just being in the forest or some place alone and suddenly hearing rustling. Upon investigation or just waiting patiently, it turned out to be a big fluffy doggo?
- Toby would be SO excited. He loves dogs. He would, of course make sure that the dog is just a dog first, and not some kind of monster. He doesn't care if the dog belongs to someone. He can and will take the dog. His team may want him to get rid of it, though.
- Jane would think the dog is cute, but knows she can't take care of it. She would disguise herself and take it to an animal shelter or back home if she had access to that information.
- Masky probably would have initially assumed that it was a monster, and would be relieved to see that it was a dog. He would play with it for a bit if he wasn't on a mission, but he wouldn't take it. In a different life, he would have loved a dog. But now...
- Hoodie likes to put up a tough guy front. In most cases he is cruel and ruthless. But he is a HUGE softie when it comes to dogs. They trigger...memories for him. He would take it with him. Unlike Masky, he believes that he would be able to care for a dog. Unlike Toby, he would make sure he could care for it first.
- EJ wouldn't care too much. He is glad that it is not a threat. He does, however, find fluffy animals tactily pleasing. If he is in a bad mood, he would pet it. Otherwise, he would ignore it.
- Jeff would see what it's like for a little bit, and then, I'm sorry, he would probably kill it. He finds normal things like regular dogs boring and insignificant.
- Slender would pay it no mind. It's just an animal. No sense of intelligence. No reason to harm it.
- The Puppeteer cannot physically pet the dog without extreme effort. He would probably watch it, though. He isn't usually in the woods unless he's leeching off of someone anyways.
- Zalgo doesn't go into the woods usually unless he's having a conflict with the Slenderman or he's summoned. So N/A.
- If not on a mission, Clockwork would play with the dog. If she liked it enough, she'd take it. It would probably live in her bar.
- BEN doesn't go into the woods so N/A
- Liu would be so cautious. Once he finds it to be not dangerous, he would sit with it and pet it. He would see if the dog belonged to someone, and would return it if it did. If not, he would take it with him while deciding what to do.
- Bloody Painter would sketch the dog and maybe leave food out. He wouldn't harm it; he prefers using humans for his art pieces.
- Sally would try SO HARD to pet the dog. Once she succeeds, she would pet it, bury her face in its hair, play with it, etc. She had a dog when she was alive, and misses the companionship of animals. Normal animals.
- Kate wants nothing to do with it. Before she even sees it, she's off. Even if she does, she'll get annoyed at feeling so jumpy and leave.
- The Toymaker wouldn't enjoy being near fhe dog. He's allergic. He would take inspiration from the dog and make a toy that looks like that for his victim...
I have objectively made the decision to rename the Pocket to the Alternate because it sounds cooler.
Oop, the Big Sad is coming on. Either I will get insanely productive or just drop off the face of the earth.
Hello! You’re universe is really interesting and it got me thinking: Since Jeff is technically human but because of his work he’s considered a monster. Is that a rare possibility to go up in rank or is it nearly impossible to rise above what the hierarchy makes of you?
To put it simply, yes and no.
Jeff is a monster because he underwent a transformation process, though his killing spree started when he was a human. He is physically no longer human, and now has various inhuman attributes that aid him in his daily tasks. So yes, it is possible to rise above your station in the hierarchy, but it is usually due to a transformation. Humans that are chosen as proxies are transformed as well (though in different ways), and there have been cases of proxies becoming monsters on accident (that is a long story).
Other than that, it's pretty impossible to do. You can be highly ranked in your own class, however. A high-ranked proxy is about the same rank as a low rank monster.
Hope that helps! (And if anyone wants more specifics about this, feel free to ask!)
