Another one :O

Violets symbolize faithfulness and love; dogs do too. (It also helped that this particular species of violet is called the dog violet). This one is second in a fun little project I’m working on about bones and flowers. Both are very relaxing to draw for me.

“…Huh?”

He blinks at the goddess queen a few of times… but even then, her words don’t quite register with him (or maybe he refuses for them to), and he’s sure that she’s said something else (though he heard his name quite clearly).

“…Huh.”

But this nicer tone she had was a pleasant thing to hear, so he ought to accept it. How often does he hear it anyway? He smiled a ghost of a smile and looked away.

He could have left her side any time and simply gone back home – and she could have booted him back to his owner. But she hadn’t – and despite the pleas of those beneath her, they remained in each other’s company until they could really be drawn apart. This ought to be in the next legend. 

“I should be thanking you for having me, your highness,” he murmurs.

Cerberus can't swim.

For non-Olympic gods and deities of other origins, Cerberus is very neutral unless they impede upon his grounds. He's actually very interested in other canine deities.

Being a big dog, he easily tears apart any toys that his master tries to give him (and a big dog needs big toys). But with smaller toys/plushes, he's very gentle and delicate.

Cerberus’s diet, as edgy as it is, consists of flesh, soul matter and blood. But he’s also fond of expensive food and five star gourmet meals. He has the same allergies as any dog, so as tempting as chocolate and grapes are, he can’t indulge himself.

It's to note that he's a VERY picky dog.
