A draft for Veoceans’ cousin breed...! They live in the deeper parts of the ocean and communicate with echolocation. More animal-like than Veoceans’ and blind at birth since they don’t need their sight anymore. However evolution has not gone far enough for the eyes to disappear.

They are quite the merpeople aren’t they?? :’)) Will probably iterate this further and maybe explore other color variations for their skin/scales.
