How dare you say my friends are lying when you have tried to push want you want on to people and whine when you don't get your way. My friends and I have done nothing but tell the truth and you are the one twisting the words to fit whatever fucked up goals you have in that messed up head of yours. We gave you chance after chance and tried to talk things through but you spat back in our face over and over. I am surprised anyone is following you. He looked at her cast” How did you end up here?”

“Car accident. Guy slammed into me and made my car roll.”

“oh. How bad did you get injured?”

“Broken arm and ribs, concussion and bruises a plenty. I am being watched for a few days to make sure I am alright” She said. “What about you?”

OOC/Help for those who might need it

Normally I don’t do this, but I’m taking a few minutes out of my day to talk about a few things.  Recent events have come into light that made me want to write this, and roleplaying, which is usually a place to go and relax and in essence play adult pretend, has had its stressors. Instead of it being a safe place, a refuge, it has its fair of sharks in the water.  In light of this, I know many in the rp community are very friendly, and helpful, but we don’t always get to see the face on the other side of the screen.

With people in the world these days, I’m sharing this information, hoping to help at least just one person by posting this. (I’m numbering it to make it easier but I apologize for the length.)

1) If you feel you are bullied, either face to face, or a victim of cyberbullying, or the parent of a child who is being bullied, go to https://www.stopbullying.gov/ for a rich source of resource, and even steps of what to do in case this is happening. Bullying is never okay, no matter how old or young, a child or an adult. Many of us (including myself) have been bullied just for being ourselves, and it sometimes takes help to stand up to those kind of people.

2) No judgements here but in these trying times, in case you ever EVER need it, the National Suicide Hotline is 1-800-273-8255 or https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

3) Since these are indeed trying times, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has a national hotline as well of 1-800-662-4357 or TTY 1-800-487-4889. They also have a list on their website at https://www.samhsa.gov/find-help/national-helpline of ways to find treatment.

I hope this information helps to find someone in need of it.

My Experience

I figured with all this stuff about him coming to the surface, I should speak up about how he treated me not long after we met him. He would constantly hit on me, making sexual jokes and comments even when I asked him not to. I have a lot of trust issues due to my upbringing and I like to make people happy, so I didn't complain much at first and let the jokes and comments slide. But as time passed, he got more and more bold in his comments and jokes. I was still too scared to say anything because I didn’t want to lose a friend as my friends mean the world to me and I didn't want to rock the roleplay groups boat. I finally got the courage to put my foot down after two of my closest friends saw what was happening and encouraged me to finally speak up. I told him off and cut contact with him for a long while. I was in my early twenties at the time and he was only seventeen but he still made me feel really uncomfortable and scared to speak out. I hope my story will help others want to come out with their own. This man shouldn't be allowed to make people feel like I did anymore.

She holds out her hand and fidgets, In her palm was a small bag of a home made candy she made and a bandana that was brand new. She avoided his gaze.

Party stared at the candy” It’s not poisoned, is it?” he asked her.

“why would I poison a candy I made?” She snipped. “I am trying to make peace.”

Shutter pulled open the door” You know you don’t have to knock”
