at what time will acceptance be held? :o
Unfortunately right now it really just depends on when applications come in, so that we have enough taken characters to reopen for posting. However, that being said as a general rule, I plan to have acceptances finished and posted around 5 pm EST on Thursdays. Â

None as of yet, dear anon. Iâm not sure if tumblr has eaten any applications without my seeing or not, so if youâre worried Iâve reset the submit to hopefully fix the problem and Iâd love to see any apps come in!Â
Would it be possible to age up characters like Frank and Alice?
I suppose it would depend on the character, but if it was something youâre interested in, I would definitely consider it! My suggestion would be to put any age changes/etc. under âany changesâ in the application or to come message me off anon about whoever youâre interested in!

Itâs with loads of excitement that I can officially announce that Crimson Revolt is prepared for its reopening! Seeing as there are two years worth of writing content in this group before, I have decided to leave the timeline up as a background of what has passed while we enter a new stage of CRT. There is a lot in store that we cannot wait to get to, and that being said as of right now our first acceptance will be held on June 13th, given we have the applications.Â

Can fcs be models?
I suppose it would depend on the model, and the characterization in the application but as a whole, weâve allowed models to be used before and I definitely wouldnât say no simply because of that. If thereâs anyone in particular youâre wondering about, please feel free to ask!
how do we know if an fc is non negotiable?
Admittedly, I'm going to do my best to keep no faceclaims from being non-negotiable, so that any members and applicants can use someone they feel comfortable with. For the most part, so long as characterization is there and representation is present, Iâm not going to be too stingy -- if thereâs anyone in particular youâre asking about that I could give you a better answer on, please donât hesitate to ask!Â
Is the list of open/closed characters updated? I checked & there are only 2 taken, which doesn't seem right?
Right now, that is currently up to date! Unfortunately, when Crimson slowed down a few months back, our little family fizzled out, so as of right now there are only the two taken.

At the moment, we donât currently have any applications but I would certainly love to see some!
Is there a date you're looking to finish the revamp by or start reviewing applications?
Iâm hoping to have all of the revamping and refreshing of everything on our end finished by June 3rd, so next Monday - if there are any delays or updates in that, Iâll be sure to post for everyone to see! As for applications, June 11th will be when I aim for our acceptances to pick up again. I hope that helps!

To anyone lurking, I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know there are still pieces of CRT that are currently under construction for the revamp, so please bear with us! However, I do hope to have everything up to date by the end of the week, tentatively; in the meantime, please feel free to ask any questions and take a look around!
Couple questions: 1. How necessary is the use of gifs here? 2. Can we request FC change?

To answer your questions, gifs are only as necessary as your comfort with them; if you donât wish to use them, you absolutely donât have to. We focus more on character development and writing than the use of resources, but of course - youâre more than welcome to use them however you choose.Â
As for FC changes, you can absolutely request a change! Our only request with that is, if the original FC is a person of color, they must remain a person of color, as is the same with other minorities, and of course if they are related to another character the ethnicity must match. This has a little more leeway if the other members of the family arenât taken, but please keep it in mind! I hope that helped, but if you have any other questions please ask!

Emmeline will absolutely be released this time around! Adding her back in along with the few others that were somehow deleted is on the list of things I plan on getting done soon, so keep an eye out for her in the next few days!
