✒️ The Craft – Episode 2: Your Why, Your Fire
🔥 Every story starts with a spark. Not plot. Not tropes. But feeling. Your pain. Your rage. Your truth. That’s the fire your readers will never forget. 🕯️ Write from it. Burn with it. That’s where the magic lives.
🌕 The Craft – Episode 1: How to Write a Story (Witch Edition) 🕯️
You don’t need a perfect plot. You don’t need a five-act structure. You don’t need permission.
What you need... is a spark.
A feeling. A truth you’re terrified to name. A memory that won’t leave you alone. That’s where your story begins. Not in logic. In fire.
We write not because we know the way. We write because something inside us refuses to be silent.
So grab your candle. Light it. And spill something sacred onto the page.
Your story doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be yours.

Try as I might, I cannot for the life of me figure out Tumblr
Here I am, trying to raise my audience and find my people — after multiple folks said, “Oh, Tumblr is where the fantasy readers live now.” And yet… I may very well be one of those outdated Millennials who has absolutely no clue how to Tumblr.
I’m a fantasy author. I write slow-burns, dark wolves, exiled queens, moonlight curses, and characters who flirt like it's war. I pour my soul into stories where power is earned, hearts are broken, and sometimes… the crown isn’t won, even if the world is.
But what do I even do here? ✨ Do I post aesthetics? 📖 Snippets? 🔥 Scream into the void about how Kael is ruining lives with a single look?
Anyway — if you’re here and love fantasy romance, werewolves, prophecy, betrayal, and powerful girls who rise from the ashes... maybe toss a follow my way?
Or better yet — tell me what you love to read. Let’s be mutuals. I’m not here to shout into the abyss. I’m here to build a little kingdom of my own. 👑
⬇️ Drop your recs, tags, or even chaos below. I may not know how to Tumblr… but I know how to tell a damn good story.
🌙✨ Whispers Between Worlds
Topic: The Kindness of Strangers & the Silence of Real Goodbyes
Some goodbyes aren’t loud. They don’t come with tears or declarations. Just a half-loaf of bread slipped into your satchel. Just a door left unlocked behind you. Just someone seeing you — really seeing you — and choosing not to ask.
In Chapters 9 and 10 of The Queen That Never Was, Alice finds rest in a place she never expected. Not because someone loved her. Not because she earned it. But because someone looked at her fire and didn’t flinch.
And it made me think…
🌾 Have you ever been helped by someone who had no reason to care? 🌾 Someone who saw you at your lowest… and didn’t look away? 🌾 What did that moment mean to you?
Sometimes, the people we trust the least are the ones who hand us our first real peace.
Not every savior wears armor. Some just hand you a mop, and walk away.
🖋 Tell me about your moment. Your stranger. Your quiet rescue. I’ll be waiting in the notes 🖤

Let's play a little game!
In the world of wolves and whispered bonds, love isn’t always sweet—it burns. Sometimes it heals. Sometimes it destroys.
So tell me, if the Moon marked your heart…
Would you rather have: 🩷 A fated mate you didn’t choose? 🖤 A chosen partner you built slowly? 🔥 A forbidden love you’ll never have? 👣 No bonds. No fate. Just freedom?
💬 Drop your choice in the comments—bonus points if you explain why. Would you surrender to the bond… or break the rules of fate?
🛠 THE CRAFT 🛠
How to Write Sentences That Sing
Writing is more than structure. It's more than rules. It's rhythm. Emotion. Breath.
📖 A story may hook your reader. But it’s the sentence that seduces them. One line at a time.
Let’s break down how to make your prose sing—how to write sentences that sound like they mean something, even before the reader understands what they say.
🎼 1. Start with Rhythm
Every sentence is a piece of music. Read it aloud.
Do the sounds rise and fall?
Is there a pause where the emotion should catch?
Does it flow, or does it stumble?
🧠 Pro tip: If a sentence feels too long, it probably is. Break it. Or let it crash into silence.
“Her laugh was broken glass and thunder—sharp, sudden, and too loud in the quiet.”
✍️ 2. Play with Length and Shape
Mix short, punchy sentences with longer, winding ones. Create contrast.
Short = tension, action, power.
Long = emotion, introspection, beauty.
“He ran. And gods, how he bled. Through the halls. Through the grief. Through everything she left behind.”
💥 Sentence variation is pacing. Mood. Pulse.
💫 3. Use Repetition as a Spell
Repetition creates music. Ritual. Impact.
“She had begged. She had bent. She had bled.”
Use it for emphasis. Use it to haunt.
🌘 4. Sound Is Everything
Words carry tone. Choose them for their meaning—and their sound.
Harsh sounds for anger: shatter, crack, scream
Soft sounds for sorrow: hollow, hush, breath
Lush sounds for magic: velvet, silver, shimmer
Don’t just say what’s happening. Make us hear it.
🪶 5. End with Intention
The final word in a sentence is a weapon. A wound. A whisper. Use it wisely.
“She left him standing in the ruins. Drenched in moonlight. Drenched in her.”
If your sentence ends flat, your impact dies.
🖋 Challenge:
Rewrite a bland sentence from your WIP into something musical. Read it aloud. Feel it in your chest.
Then drop your before & after in the comments. Let’s make our prose breathe together. 💬👇
🌘 WHISPERS BETWEEN WORLDS 🌒
In a world where cruelty is currency, and kindness is mistaken for weakness... Where some would trample over bones, claw through graves, and smirk while doing it— Don’t lose yourself.
Don’t let the world make you sharp in all the wrong ways. Don't trade your warmth for venom just to survive. You were never meant to become one of them.
Yes, the world is filled with hyenas dressed in silk. Yes, decency is often mocked, and compassion dismissed. But hear this, wild soul:
✨ Kindness is a rebellion. Manners are a weapon. Integrity is your shield. ✨
Stay soft. Stay sharp. Speak with grace. Walk with thunder. And if they call you naive for believing in decency?
Smile. And keep walking.
Because the truth is—only those who are whole enough to choose goodness, even when offered blood, are the ones who change the world.
🌕 Don't let them turn you into something you're not. 🌒 Keep being you—even if it costs. 🖤 Because the real monsters aren’t the ones who bleed. They’re the ones who forget how to care.
