Hemidepersonalization or hemidepersonalization syndrome is a variation of depersonalization, possibly DPDR, where depersonalization is experienced only concerning one half of the body, most commonly the left half.

Hemidepersonalization, in concept, is related to a handful of conditions, such as... Asomatognosia, Achiria, Hemispatial neglect, and Somatoparaphrenia.
