I have this vision of Hanamiya using a dart board to decide the punishments of students, as part of the disciplinary committee.
And this is a very long, dragged out process that he makes the students sit through, kind of ‘edging’ them on if they will get a softer punishment or even let go scot-free(spoiler: never).
A game he’s good at at the arcade. In general, he’s decent at the games that are mainly skilled based and are not rigged (so not crane games lol)
Interested in trying sharp shooting.
As a kid he didn’t have much for entertainment, so he would spend time stacking things up and then knocking them down with a slingshot. This led to him playing darts.
The kid who would use slingshots against wasp nests.
When he’s older, he for sure hustles people in bars and makes bets.
Furuhashi - Making bread
Hmm does this mean the literal sense, or making money lol (jk)
I can see Furuhashi being a breadwinner though…
Anyway, he does strike me as someone who would’ve got sucked in by the ‘sourdough’ craze that happened during Covid.
I think he would been influenced by some micro-trends in general, but that’s for a different post.
Always has a sourdough starter going, and it's imperative that he keeps up with feeding it.
Similar to gardening, I think it's another outlet for Furuhashi to zone out as he can go ‘auto-pilot’ during it, unless he’s testing a new recipe.
Difficult to go back to store-bought bread. When he doesn’t make the bread himself, we would procure it freshly-baked from a small town bakery.
On very special team outings, Furu will prepare the preferred bread for each member
Hanamiya: korrokepan or karepan
Hara: Fruit sando or Korrokepan
Yamazaki: Katsu Sando (obv)
Seto: Black sesame milk bread(will steal Hara’s fruit Sando occasionally though)
Somewhat into making those fruit sandwiches with the flower designs (go figure)
Hara - Drumming
Actually quite knowledgeable on music, and sort of has an eclectic taste in it.
Seeks after very specific equipment and spends a good amount of time in music stores testing out the different drum kits. Can be a nuisance to the workers there cause he can be there all day and pesters them with questions.
Drum rhythm games at the arcade are a must and he loves going on autopilot during it.
This is sort of tangential, but he wants to get into pen spinning and practices it in class. He figured it would be like twirling a drumstick but it’s quite different.
I don’t really see Hara with the stereotypical trope of needing to drum everywhere. Surprisingly not really one to disrupt class by drumming with pencils at his desk for example.
Yamazaki - Speed eating
Got into it in order to take advantage of those deals restaurants give if you finish something within a specific time frame (I.e. that one scene with Seirin and the steaks)
He is truly an asset during team dinners.
I think Hanamiya factors this a bit in the club’s budget for meals.
In fact Hanamiya would goad Yamazaki to take the challenge, and Yamazaki falls for it hook line and sinker.
Has a shelf in his room dedicated to the trinkets he’s won from restaurants as a result of finishing his meal fast enough.
There’s a couple of restaurants he’s banned from since he just got free meals every time, and they think there must be some trick going on.
On the flipside, there’s a couple of restaurants that adore him because of him being a recurring customer, and they offer free food with no speed eating required.
Despite all this, Yamazaki does also enjoy just taking in food and savoring it slowly, and it annoys the hell out of him when people (i.e. Hara) would beg him to do the speed eating in order to get the deal.
Specifically avoids the ones that include pork cutlets(or will leave it as a last resort), cause he doesn’t want to get sick of his favorite food.
Seto - Ukulele
One of the new things he tried that just stuck to him.
He’s tried other instruments, but he likes the small size of the ukulele and how it allows him to play while kicking back.
Has definitely ended up falling asleep mid-playing.
Always wants to immerse himself in the whole “play like no one in the room is watching” thing but it's difficult.
Despite what his sleeping would imply, he’s very aware of his surroundings, even while he’s asleep, and it's difficult for him to just turn that off.
Occasionally he will go into autopilot and it's the most serene feeling. He might not even be playing anything specific, but just the unconscious strumming and the gentle twangs relaxes him and clears his mind.
Tries to learn audiation to eventually be able to compose tunes in his head.

my girl momoi got the short end of the stick lol she was the very first and there's been a bit of improvement since i drew her, omg what's that paper skin
after everything my fave one is probably still aomine's; doing that one i finally figured out what colour i wanted for his skin, and anw he looks most dynamic and fun (well kise too but that's beside the point that's my son)

As the finale of this AU, I decided to draw the Teikou Football Club!
I envisioned a commemorative photo from the day the team won their first championship. Back then, everyone was still laughing under the same sky, and chasing the same dream.
It was a true joy to draw this series, expressing each character's individuality through soccer.

Have y'all seen those fragantica TikToks that choose notes for different moments in anime characters' lives? Luckily for me, I love both anime boys and also fragrance (side-eyeing my perfume collection now), so I've been eating GOOD lately.
The downside, unfortunately, is that people choose the notes more for the *vibe* and less for the actual scent, which is good storytelling but terrible perfume creation. So I took matters into my own hands, even though nobody asked.
Here is what I would create as perfumes if I were put in charge of a KnB generation of miracles + Kagami high-end perfume collaboration.
Tetsuya Kuroko
Kuroko asks the elusive question of "what does *nothing* smell like?", and I think I figured it out. Most of his notes are super light, fresh, and barely there. There's a certain sharpness to the light notes, so you know you're smelling *something*, but you shouldn't be able to put your finger on exactly what it is. The smoke is probably the only part that really makes you know that it's there, and even then, it's nothing more than a disappearing act. This would be great if you love airy smells that are a little synthetic and barely there.
Taiga Kagami
Kagami is categorized as "just a guy" in my head; he's a bit of a meathead, he's not got a lot going on in his noggin, and he's here for basketball and only basketball. There are three key traits that I tried to capture here: dude smell, the warmth of being Kuroko's light, and his angry, hot-headed nature. I took a lot of inspiration from Clue's perfume Warm Light Bulb. It should smell warm with a little bit of anger from the spices, and then the very base layer underneath should smell like Axe body spray. This would be great if you like warm smells or traditionally masculine smells.
Ryota Kise
My ultimate goal for Kise's scent was to find a balance among basketball player, it-boy model, and mannequin. He's still a basketball boy, so he does still smell like sweat and skin musk, but he's got the notes of tonic water, lemon, cashmeran, and vanilla to really lean into the high life. Plastic, powder, and minerals should give that sort of fake feel I was going for. I would expect this to smell smooth and luxurious, with just a bit of bite underneath to keep it interesting. This would be good if you like powdery or traditionally more feminine scents.
Shintaro Midorima
Midorima is probably tied for the second most complex smell on this list. This mixture should smell lucky and green and a little earthy in a grounded kind of way. I started with sweat (spoiler: they all have sweat), clover for four-leaf clovers, and gold for good luck. The clay, paper, and benzoin would give it an earthy quality that almost smells dry without smelling dirty, and then the green leaves, bergamot, and green tea flower should brighten it back up with a little earthy citrus. This would be good if you like really green smells, maybe things with matcha or green citrus in them.
Daiki Aomine
I wanted Aomine's perfume to smell dirty without being unpleasant. Like, yes, there's dirt and sweat and salt and musk; he's going to smell like a true working man. However, there are also these clean wood smells, these creamy lactones, and this bright, citrusy, and interesting yuzu. The choice to include lactones was partly inspired by the incredibly controversial perfume Seminalis by Orto Parisi. People tend to really, really hate the smell, but I wanted Aomine to smell a little...scandalous? Salty and milky and dirty...idk, you get what I mean.
Atsushi Murasakibara
MY MAN, MY MAN, MY MAN! The goal of this scent was to capture the smell of eating snacks in the bed you've been rotting in all day. It's sweet with the bubble gum, cotton candy, raspberry, and popsicle. It smells like a warm bed with the sweat, musk, linen, and skin. The soda bubbles and the ozonic notes should balance out the hyper-sweetness of it while also nodding to his snack addiction and his excessive height. Unfortunately for me, I don't love gourmand sweet smells, but if you like things that are a little fruity and heavy on the candy but want more than just one note, this would be good.
Seijuro Akashi
When I sat down to make Akashi's, I wanted to go with notes that were what an emperor may smell like. There's a lot of tea, incense, and flowery notes that smell expensive, a little powdery, and a little older. It's like rich antiques and unbridled power, and it would likely lean a little east asian in the scent profile for obvious reasons. Amber and vanilla would ground it and make it a little more masculine and modern to the point of being wearable. The piece de resistance, though, would naturally be the absinthe note, which would give it that dangerous and sharp feel that matches his personality. This would be good if you like flowery or tea smells, or if you really like black licorice, I guess.
Hopefully, this was fascinating or interesting to you at all. Let me know if you think I should do this for other shows. I just finished watching The Summer Hikaru Died, and I'm thinking I might be able to pick 2-3 doomed yaoi couples to create perfumes for.

I believe Momoi and Riko are indispensable figures who support the team from off the pitch. Momoi encourages the players with her cheerfulness and thoughtfulness, while Riko leads the team with her passion and determination.

Kuroko's biggest strenght is truly his stubbornness. Every single time a player will be convinced of having defeated him and that now he is just "worse than an average player," and rendered him useless because he is the weakest, he just shows how determined he is to proving them wrong. He literally successfully ragebaited a guy into shining brighter than him on the field just so he could get his ability to pass unnoticed back, you just can't beat Kuroko and his strong will
If you're tired of doomscrolling AI slop, go to Daily Dose of Internet's youtube channel, sort videos by the oldest, start from the top and go. there's like 1500 compilation videos put together and posted before before AI even started, and it's all stuff that is just internet videos (to put it in perspective, his newer videos include a lot of tik toks - so its all the same type of video you'd be watching before)
((to be clear, he still doesnt use or endorse AI, but he is human so Ive noticed a couple clips slip into his recent comps which is why I recommend starting at his oldest videos. There are hundreds of hours of content to get through.)
You can waste just as much time watching short form video content but with the added bonus of:
- Guaranteed no AI (literally it didnt exist.)
- he adds context and sometimes researches into certain videos to confirm whats going on, about 1/4 videos are narrated with context
- No brainrot, although he does have some viral meme clips in his compilations, there's a lot of tech and science and other stuff too.
- the peace of mind of watching videos of cool, funny, insane, freaky and unlikely shit and having 100% confidence it is all real and did happen.
- he actually has playlists put together specifically of his old content so you can have it autoplay
Cons:
- you cant insta scroll at mach 10
- if youre old you mightve seen some of the videos before
- you wont be looped into every chronically online brainrot internet drama that happened that day
