Have you considered creating a podcast version of these commentaries in order to provide easier distribution? Also what's the best method you've found to record these commentaries?
I rip the audio track right from discs in order to record the track. For playback, I recommend starting your movie in VLC and then using the custom audio track through it’s audio options. I haven’t considered doing a podcast, no. I don’t have the time sadly!

I remember the commentary for Funny People was great. A lot of Apatow/Sandler stories pre-fame.
All of the Apatow movies have great commentaries. I'll add the filmography to the list!
