WIP Wednesday: week #9 of crochet raven shawl 🐦‍⬛ aaand FINISHED the second panel (of three)!!! This makes 78 feathers complete to date 🥳🎉

Back in December my Mom his a deer on Xmas eve and the bill for that was $500.

After that, her diverticulitis (thinning spots in sigmoid colon) got worse. She had an abscess. After 3 rounds of antibiotics, she's finally ready to see the surgeon on March 10. She's getting a bowel resection and will end up with a colostomy bag, but we dont know how long she will have the bag. It will be for about 4 months or she will have it for the rest of her life. She cannot work while she has the bag. Due to my dad being in his late 70's, he can only work a part time job and is due for retirement. They have absolutely no way to pay all of their bills in March. PLEASE HELP.
