Hi, sorry you had to wait so long for an answer.

So here you go:

Pet really wanted to meet Copia and spend time with him, but Copia always refused, saying he was busy or making up some other excuse.

Because Copia knew basically nothing about his twin, he had no idea that V was a vampire. Or that he could change forms.

Perpetua decided to use that to his advantage. He would often turn into a bat and fly into Copia's office, hanging upside down in a corner while watching his twin work.

Copia thought he was just a normal bat. So he would talk to him sometimes, occasionally give him fruit, and before long he got attached to the little bat hanging in the corner of his office.

Perpetua liked it at first, but after weeks of Copia still refusing to properly meet him, he finally had enough.

One day, while Copia was sitting at his desk pretending to work, V flew over and landed on his chest, nearly giving him a heart attack.

"Woah!" Copia almost jumped out of his chair, but when he recognized his bat, he calmed down. "You scared the shit out of me, you know that, little guy?"

He looked into the bat's eyes. Mismatched. Just like his.

"...unholy shit," Copia muttered.

He frowned when he noticed that the upper half of the bat's face had silver markings shaped like Perpetua's mask.

"Are you fucking kidding me...?"

At that moment, Pet shifted back into his human form.

"Hi," he said, smiling.
