Attended a rug hooking class in September at Two Morrows’s Treasures (PA). Finished the mini rug in October. It was so relaxing, and I’ve got another kit waiting for me.

December knitting project (one of them anyway)…Gnandad’s Adventure from Imagined Landscapes. First knit gnome!
Second project on the embroidery machine. Pattern is from Sweet Pea designs. Just a little something for fall.
Quilt show entries, exhibits, and a couple prize winners!
Little mushroom from a gifted kit (Crimson Toadstool by Benzie Designs). I ended up changing the design a little, and I’ll keep working on making it less fuzzy.
October 2023 Southtowns Piecemakers Quilt Quild show. Left is Tula Pink - The Still Room, pattern by Free Spirit Fabrics. Right is Bumblebee Blossoms, pattern by Krista Moser.
Magic Potions Spooky Temperature SAL design by TeenyWeenyXStitch (completed months January-March).
Been a while. Life happens, so does art.
Started a new English Paper Piecing project! Tula Nova quilt with various Tula Pink fabric lines. If you’re looking to start EPP, Tula Nova is the way to go.
Hmm a few updates here...
That project bag I was working on. Finished it!
And here’s a ByAnnie bag featuring Tula Pink’s Zuma line (out of print).
Got a walking foot for my sewing machine. How have I gone this long without one? Honestly worth the cost if you’re quilting or sewing thicker materials.
Here’s the backing for a project bag I’m working on. (It hasn’t been cut down yet, just quilted)
Perfect 1 inch diamonds. Also 1 inch was probably too small. So many lines.
Started a few new projects...
Tula Nova, an english paper piecing quilt.
Mineral Matrix, as part of a block of the month project.
Santa Baby, a Fat Quarter Shop Cross Stitch Quarterly pattern.
Worked on this little appliqué project today. Haven’t done much machine appliqué so this is good practice. This is the mini (introductory) project from Stitches of Love Quilting’s Boo Crew block of the month club.
This Block of the Month is completed using sewing machine applique. EEEEKKKK! It's time to make this not-so-spooky Halloween Quilt! This
It’s been a while, and eventually I’ll take a picture of the cross stitch I’ve been working on. In the meantime, here’s a painting I did through the local public library. They offer some neat adult craft classes...for free!
Days 23-25. Finished the outline and orange for the Fright Night SAL part 4. This part is stitching up much faster than part 3.
Day 16-22. I worked on part 3 of the Fright Night SAL a few hours a day. It took about 14 hours total to finish this section (counting and double checking my counts and all that).
Day 15 was a bit of a personal mess, but I managed to get some arts and crafts done.
