just wanted to show off my restaurant in Restaurant Tycoon 2 :) I put emojis all over it so it looks like a kid put stickers on it!
Fun facts for the people who like the LPS custom of Crayon I did:
Her petals are made out of a foam-based clay so that it dries to be lightweight. I usually don't show the back of her head because there's no good blending of where the petals end and her head begins.
Her sweater is mainly painted on. The sweater collar, sleeve and bottom trim is made of superglue left to dry then painted. Using clay proved to be too big and bulky.
When I went to clear-coat her, I forgot to shake the can and it originally sprayed her white. I was HORRIFIED, but managed to salvage the paint job. The white-powdery appearance you can mainly see on her petals in some shots is from that.
Just wanted to send you a little love, you've been doing so much for both our relationship and me personally and I'm so so thankful for everything you do as well as just you. Oh darling, what a delight it was to wake up to this message. The past year of my life that I've spent with you has been the best in any lifetime I could have lived. I've felt more loved and understood by your hand than an old abused cat in rescue from a kind human from the shelter, or a neglected toy saved and loved by a child.
I see how you care for me in every second of the day. When you bring me my meds, when you comfort me when I'm sick at the side of the road — just in the way we cuddle close in the evening. I see the way we love, and I wouldn't ever trade it for anything. Not for anything, or anyone.
I'm so, so proud of how far you have come. I'm proud of you for going to that interview with courage. I remember how skittish you used to be with things like that, and the pride I have in you for overcoming those frightful feelings is unfathomable. You try so hard every day, and maybe you don't see it, but I do. You succeed. You are a constantly improving work of art — and a very handsome one at that. Shazzy was so booooored. The adventure was too short today, and now she was left to her own devices within the Tent. None of the others were in a mood to do something after the adventure, either, leaving her to blow bubbles from one of the many reaches of the Tent.
Pie-cut eyes followed the floating translucent orbs as they glided through the air, seeing how long they would survive before popping. And then, the music in the Tent faltered, and the colors around her struggled to keep their vibrancy -- then it all settled, as if nothing happened.
But something did happen. The sound of a voice she didn't recognize calling out made the blue clown perk right up, small blue stars shooting out from her as she stood up.
There was a newcomer in the Tent!
"Hello! Over here!!" Shazzy called out in response, excitement buzzing through her as she waited to see if they would respond, or come towards her voice -- hopefully she hadn't just imagined that voice... that would be worrisome.
Magenta-hued peepers flitted over to the direction of the voice, shining with eagerness. Her petals curled forward with joy. "Coming!" She called, scurrying to meet the stranger with glee.
Finally, a new friend! There were never ever enough friends for someone like Crayon. She wanted to meet anybody, and everybody! The more people she reached, the stronger and happier she felt! Casen and the others just didn't seem to understand it like she did. But now, she was finally seeing someone again! How exciting!
"Hello!" She greeted, clambering up over a color block to peer at the clown kindly. "I'm Crayon! Gee, you sure are pretty -- I love your hair!"
Kandu went from stirring to say upright, filled with an anxiety sparked excitement, in a matter of half a second. He stammered as he looked down as the figure, rubbing his eyes and trying to make realistic sense of what he was seeing. He took his hand and pointed his finger out, gently scratching her on the head and watching her react.
"you're... You're alive..?" He continued gently stroking the top of her head, he looked around the room like he expected a camera or something to prove he was getting jinxed. He chuckled nervously, a bead of sweat dripping down his forehead as he cracked an anxious smile. "I don't understand, you're the character from the game? You're the figure, but, you're alive??"
When did robotic toys get this advanced? She seemed like a normal toy yesterday, and now this?
"Of course I'm alive, silly!" The plastic toy responded cheerily. "I'm just like you, except I'm from the land of Able."
She leaned into the unicorn's touch, smiling sweetly as his finger rubbed behind the smooth plastic of her ear. "Able is a land where anything is possible. If you can dream it, you can do it! It's been a really long time since I've been back in my game, though..."
She pulled away, hopping across the bed. Her legs, molded in solid plastic, did not move, and rather, she jumped like a little jumping bean to get from place to place, nearly falling each time. "That's why I need your help. You look like you'd understand! You can help me get back in, and we can play and have fun! I'll even bake a cake for you!" She offered.

Connor blinked, seeing the strange text box as he name was typed out. He looked on in confusion as the room around him came into focus. This... This wasn't the tree house... Hell, this wasn't even the real world was it?
His avatar? The game? The android shook his head. He supposed he had to play along for now. His systems wouldn't let him do anything else. As far as what he looked like, it would be best if he simply looked like himself.

The text box disappeared, leaving only the empty dressing room with the voice droning on cheerily,
"You want your avatar to look like you? Okay! We're gonna have so much fun together, just you wait!"
View switched over to a poster on the wall, decorated with bright colors and in big letters, RULES written at the top.
"But before you join Able Land, remember to follow our rules! Be kind to other critters, take your shoes off when you play in the playground, say please and thank you, and don't eat in the fun labs! Are you ready to start your adventure?"
Upon the selection of yes, vision shut to black again for several seconds. It felt as though one was waking from a dream, with Connor lying on the floor of an unfamiliar space. One with puzzle-piece flooring and bright plastic play tubing lining the walls. Netting and slides and swings as far as the eye could see.
Crayon's ears perked. "You're finally here!" She squealed in excitement, rushing over to offer her paws to help him up. "We've waited so long for someone new to play with!"
