There’s a sigh of relief as Connor finally reboots and opens his eyes. He did NOT want to explain this to Hank.

“I could ask you the same thing” he says looking over. Trying to see if there’s any fluid leaking. Gently handling his chin and slowly turning his face left to right. Seems he just knocked him out, not external damage that he’s seeing at least.

“Last I saw was shovel hit the back of your head, the guys arrested now but I didn’t think he got you that hard” he says while helping him slowly sit up.

A hand moved to touch the back of his head. The casing wasn't cracked at least. His visual sensors seemed to track correctly as well. Still he hadn't expected to be taken down like that. Sure there was still a high amount of violence and abuse of androids happening, but this was something else.

"Thank you, Leon. I appreciate the help."

Seems the young lieutenant wasn't at his desk today. Anyone that knows him, and has seen the weather today...know he's probably at home, hiding away in his tub until it passes

(storm anxiety go brrr)

The weather was pretty bad today. And if the android knew anything about the lieutenant, he was worried about the storms coming through. The HK800 had let himself into the home, going to other's bathroom, and knocking on the door.

"Lieutenant?" he called softly.

He stiffened up at the voice on the other side of the door, a faint whimper slipping past his lips. As much as he wanted to just ignore the android on the other side...eventually Hank would probably break the door down. A series of rushed noises can be heard as he moved to get to the bathroom door, opening it...and acting like nothing was wrong.

"Hank, what are you doing here?" He tried to put on a serious tone, but was failing at it...his voice hinting that he was stressed and anxious.

"You weren't at the station," he said as the human opened the door. "And I was notified of the severe weather coming through the area. I wanted to check to make sure you're okay. I know that potential severe weather gives you anxiety..."

His scan showed the elevated levels of cortisol, high pulse, and increased respiratory rate. That meant he had likely been panicking about the weather.

His right leg is bothering him. He's removed the prosthetic for now, giving his leg a chance to rest.

Connor was trying his best to stay still. The phantom pain in his leg was acting up at the worst time. Though he supposed this pain was different. This was the pain of being fitted with an advanced new prosthetic. Connor took in a breath and let it out slowly, trying to get the dizzy nauseated feeling to stop.

"R-Right, just breathe..."

((like I'm thinking that his awakening would have to do with something similar to his deviation in DBH. In this case his AU is set in 5 so perhaps he's being used to go after the Phantom Thieves but they make him realize that he's just being used and seen as just a machine by the adult humans whereas the gang sees him as his own person. So far I'm not sure what his design would be or his persona but I'm thinking about it a lot lol))

((so one of the only works I think would fit Connor for his Persona is the Atmophytes in the novel Ignis. It's about the Atmophytes rising up and rebelling against their creators and that's too perfect for him tbh. I'd have to look if there's a specific one that would be his persona but either way I'm here for this))
