So my first attempt at crocheting a granny square ended in an epic FAIL. I am so disappointed. I built this glorious image up in my head and my finished square looked absolutely nothing like it was supposed to. So needless to say I will be taking a break from granny squares, and trying again on another rainy day.....

I made this afghan a few months ago for my beautiful baby girl who will be here in April. It's the biggest project that I've decided to do. I felt like I was never going to finish it up. I worked on it just about every day for at least 3 hours. I took altogether about 2 weeks to finish, and 5 skeins of yarn! Holy stitch! lol
