An Oxfam report, entitled Water War Crimes, finds that Israel's deliberate reduction of water access in Gaza has put civilians at under a third of the recommended minimum
Israel's cutting of the external water supply, systematic destruction of water facilities and deliberate aid obstruction have reduced the amount of water avallable in Gaza by 94%, to 4.74 liters a day per person, says Oxtam. This information has to be coupled with the fact that 97% of Gaza's water was already considered undrinkable prior to the beginning of the war in October, meaning that much of the water that people do have access to is untreated and is causing a range of health problems, including a variety of diseases.

And Iām sitting there sweating because likeā¦ Iām wearing my shirt with the lesbian flag on it, and heās the most popular jock in school, and always has this look on his face that say āI can and will kill youā. one of the most important things, perhaps the most important thing I have learned in my life is that nice people can fuck each other up in monstrous ways. people can be bone deep kind and loving and self reflective and still lash out under pressure. people can be earnestly neighbourly and charitable and hospitable and generous and still find themselves in situations where they become selfish. people can be well meaning and easygoing and gregarious and hold deep seated opinions that turn them into vicious little bullies under the right conditions. nobody is just one thing, and nobody stays one way. every person is a kaleidoscope and they will surprise you. you will surprise yourself. it's not a warning and it's not a judgement and it's not an excuse, and it's certainly not a reason to stop trying or to stop trusting. it is just a fact.
The internet is so fucking weird to artists who make anything interesting "thanks! I hate it" "this is cursed" "i love this but i hate this" you realize some people aren't drawing memes all the time right and art can be a medium of expressing complex feelings and writing off ppls expressions as a joke is so weird i hate meme poisoned weirdos

memebrained comments are also a huge problem on twitter to the point that they're making non-English speaking artists delete their works/private their accounts because the "jokes" don't translate well and the artists feel harassed.
