This is after some dragoon training from way back in their earlier years, I think. Definitely, definitely not an excuse to avoid drawing armor like the plague.

ANYWAY: thanks to all the ffxiv dragoon players for giving me ample amounts of copuim re: Dion's fate, but while I'm willing to believe "dragoons don't sustain fall damage" I refuse to believe Dion's hair is always perfect.

Mostly drew this to de-stress after someone got mad at me on twitter :) I don't really like drama/arguments so it was kind of a weird experience, but typical of twitter, I guess?

Probably the last fanart for a little while.  I just wanted to do a clothing breakdown after the last piece!  Lot's of fabric but like, are you even a real spellcaster if your robes aren't a constant tripping hazard?

Finally decided to do some Critical Role Fanart.  Don’t know why it took me so long.  I guess I was just waiting for a specific NPC to come along! :P  Please don’t be evil, Essek.  I don’t need that kind of betrayal in my life.

Also, a lot of people seem to be giving this guy beauty marks?  I like this look.  I hope it becomes canon.

Been thinking about creating a comic lately.  I’ve always wanted to make one, but I kept holding myself back because 1) I am very slow and 2) could not draw backgrounds for the life of me.

But I’ve been putting in the practice lately in the hopes that I could maybe ACTUALLY make this happen sometime in the near future without wanting to strangle myself. XD

I am desperately trying to catch up on Inktober. >> This is the most productive I’ve been in a really long time.  I’ve also been wanting to do some sort of flower project for a while now, and a friend gave me the idea of combining the two. <3

He’s a pre-existing character for something HP related, but a friend recently asked me if I wanted to play in one of her D&D games so I re-purposed him into a Circle of Dreams Druid for her Eberron Campaign.

He uses paints that he makes himself from things like plants, minerals (whatever he can get his hands on, really) as his druidic focus.

It occurred to me that people probably thought this comic was going somewhere... so I decided to actually make it go somewhere. XD

Sorry to anyone who’s been following this for taking so long to update!  My interests have been all over the place lately, but I think the time off was good to kind of regain some consistency in my line work (I was never super happy with page 2 of this...)

As for the story: I’ve always really liked the idea of Markus carrying around his own insecurities about essentially taking leadership away from Simon considering his horrible relationship with Leo.  The idea of “replacing” another person would probably get to you in some way after the traumatic end that chapter in his life took... >>
