Leftover vegetables, some chicken, rice, eggs… enough to throw together a more than decent stir fry, and the most important things are that whatever he winds up with be filling, complete, and quick to make… He gets it on a tray, with a couple glasses of water, a can of Coke, he’s not sure if Everest wants to drink anything with caffeine, but he can always just… save it. He’s looking forward to watching a movie, cuddling up… it feels like they get interrupted every time they have a nice evening, and even if tonight Everest just needs to sleep, being together is still better than not. Crosby likes the idea of being able to just rest easy sharing the bed with him. He heads to his room with the tray, feeling cautiously optimistic*
