He spat in Lucian Grange’s face by releasing a visual album with exclusive streaming from Apple Music called Endless, thereby fulfilling his record contract (that had been wrought with strife, sound familiar?) and then THE NEXT DAY he released an album called Blonde on his own independent label. AND THEN because he wasn’t done, he took the royalties from the success of Blonde and bought back the masters to Endless WHICH IS A BRILLIANT MOVE.

He stuck it to his label because they fought with him, shelved him, delayed him, etc etc and he won in an industry where the artist basically always gets STEAMROLLED and he had EVERY SINGLE entertainment contract lawyer worth their salt running to their desks to try and draft up new clauses for their clients to sign immediately.

i havent seen anyone talk abt it but niall?? worked things out with the venue and talked to security in manila so a group of fans who werent able to afford tickets could watch the concert. i mean, holy shit, who does that??? who just grabs a group of fans from outside the venue and gives them a chance to experience smth like that for free? niall is so so good he genuinely cares about his fans and always does the most, always makes sure to do everything he can and i adore him for it
