Sounds good. Ha, yeah, I guess you’re right. Do you do any other winter sports? Not really, I used to think I would be a professional ice skater one day, actually. I spent a lot of time on that as a kid. I ski too, but I’m not very good. 

Eh, not really. My entire life has centered around hockey, so that’s what I tend to focus on when it comes to winter sports. Hey now, you could still become a professional ice skater. Just gotta get back out on the ice. Skiing is fun. I’ve only ever been once, though.

Oh. Uh, it’s kind of like sledding except you ride down a hill on a giant inflatable tube instead. It’s kind of a popular activity, so I’m surprised you’ve never heard of it. If that’s the case, then you should invest in some raid. Smells horrible, but it works.

Cops can trace a blocked number, I believe. I also think phone companies can as well. It really all just depends on how serious the texts are. What? I might be talented when it comes to hockey, but that’s not gonna do anything for the world. You, on the other hand, are going to leave a mark on it with your music. Well, excuse me, Mr. Hockey Star! I thought you spent your winters with your stick on the ice, perfecting your hockey moves! A cuddly, warm blanket sounds terribly amazing right now. Ugh, if only I could snuggle away the problems I’ve been having lately. Nevermind, it’s no big deal. Caroling is totally a thing when you’re a Matlin, we like to take the cheesiest parts of holidays and embrace them. I was at Degrassi for a bit, but spent most of my Thanksgiving at home. It was really nice, just being able to forget about school and everything. Did you miss your family? Are you okay?

I like to switch it up every now and then to keep people on their toes. Is everything okay? I know it’s not my business, but... I’m here if you ever need help with anything. I probably should have known that. It’s cute, though. Oh, I must have missed you. I’m really glad you enjoyed your evening. Hope you didn’t spent it alone; nobody should be alone on the holidays. I know, I love to ski and ice skate but after a while I just want to be able to lay out at the beach. I guess anyone can tend to get a little stir-crazy and need a little change of scenery after a while. The perfect temperature! All you need is a light jacket.

Have you ever gone tubing in the winter? I personally think that’s another fun activity, even if it is a bit harsh on the legs. Oh, yeah, I wouldn’t doubt that. Then again, I’m sure there’s some people that would rather have it be a certain season all year round. The only negative thing about spring is all of the bugs that come with it. I’m not a fan of them.

December is the best. I’m not just saying that because it’s my birthday month, but there’s Christmas too! There is something really magical about snow. It’s like once the snow falls, the rest of the world decides to become this awesome place too. Ice skating, hot chocolate, cozy scarves, caroling! I could kind of go on forever. How was your Thanksgiving, Cam?

At least someone agrees with me. All of those things sound pretty great, but they definitely don’t beat out the feeling of covering up with loads of blankets and lazily watching as the snow falls. Do you actually go caroling, though? I thought that was something that only happened in the movies. My Thanksgiving was okay. I spent it at Degrassi like many others. How was yours?
