Having a relationship and building a family means sacrifice and a lot of hard work. We need to understand that relationships are beautiful, but take time and effort. It demands strength, commitment, faithfulness, love, honesty, grace. It will bring all your issues and insecurities to the surface so you can grow. And that can really hurt. It also brings so much joy and wonder, but just be aware that a relationship is not to fulfill your desires, but rather for you to become more selfless. Are you ready to lay your life down for another person? Not once, but every day?
