i don’t think he meant any disrespect or was trying to label anyone as a fake fan. he was simply sharing his thoughts and asking people to stop fighting. he made it clear that he understood why the ot7 fanchant was still being done because nothing had ever been clarified. i personally think the ot7 fanchant was just one example, and that he was talking about ot7 supporters in general.

he never said anyone was a fake fan. what i took from the live is that how you choose to move forward after hearing what he said is what reflects your stance as a fan.

i’ll always be ot7 because, to me, ot7 means supporting all seven, whether they’re together or separated. but i also think people need to understand that accepting the current situation doesn’t erase what enhypen was and will always be to us. enhypen will always be seven in my heart, but i’m choosing to move forward by supporting enhypen as six and heeseung as a soloist.

again, please think carefully about the things you say because, at the end of the day, it only results in both the members and heeseung receiving more hate.

and please take care of yourselves too. this situation has hurt me beyond words, so i understand how many of you must be feeling. but i hope we can all move forward in a way that prioritises our own well-being while also respecting the path that enhypen and heeseung have chosen to move forward with. 🤍

what jungwon said today in his live is important and we shouldn't ignore this or try to twist his words. it was the first time anyone has addressed the situation, so we, as fans, should listen.

he spoke up because the fandom division has become too prominent. the amount of harassment, wars and verbal abuse since March 10th is straight up insane, and he was pretty clear about wanting that to stop.

what he didn't mean, however, is that we should forget the past. we're still allowed to mourn what was, and there are many people, myself included, who struggle with change—and that, in my opinion, is okay. but it's not an excuse to project those feelings onto others and starts any more wars.

what his words didn't change is that hybe is still a shitty company. their mistreatment doesn't stop just because we should accept ENHYPEN and Evan as two separate teams. everything since their debut, the bad management, lack of security etc. is still real, and we shouldn't forget that ever.

we still don't know what happened on March 10th and I still believe that Heeseung's departure was too sudden to have been planned. we should blame the company, not the members or ourselves.

frankly? I'm not sure how to feel about many things right now. what I will do, however, is listen to what Jungwon has said.

I fucking hate belift, if only they let the members address this before instead of having to refer to it as an "formation change" the fandom would've been so much more calmer. I still love Heeseung and Sunoo as much as i did before, they'll always be my favorite idols regardless if they're in the same group or not. I'm not sure whether I'm gonna (or if i even can) go back to consuming content, but I'll definitely stop interacting with the fandom now. Everyone will get annoying as fuck, specially people who were already ot6 before the live. The difference between OT7 fans and (old) OT6 fans is that OT7 fans are now starting to accept and move on, and I've seen SO MANY OT7 apologize and praise Jungwon for taking this step. While the old OT6 are just shaming them and insulting (which is exactly the opposite of what Jungwon wants.)

I am an Ever and an Engene and I'll always love past OT7 Enhypen and now, OT6 Enhypen. True engenes will never erase Heeeseung's importance to the group, he will always be part of what Enhypen is today. And true Evers will never disrespect Heeseung's past in Enhypen.

I still have my doubts regarding this whole situation, i still believe most of this was all for money and that Heeseung barely had a choice in this situation. At the end of the day remember: It's all belifts fault, don't blame Heeseung or Enhypen for something that was clearly planned last minute by greedy millionaires.
