Butter Roll's hair is MUCH much curlier. Just as long, and it ends in that little pony tail thing, but it's very loose curls rather than a tamed mess. He typically ties it back when he's working so he doesn't get any stray hairs in the cookies he's working on. He typically keeps the bottom little ponytail tied with a red bow.
Of course, he's a very buff cookie, he works with dough all day so his arms are extraordinarily stong, but he also has a bit of a gut. You thought his man tits were good pillows? Get ready for the soft mushy mound that is his stomach. His thighs are much plumper too because of this. He is FAT YOU CAN'T TAKE MY BEAUTIFUL FAT MAN FROM ME!!!!!!! Let's see, he's commonly handling GIANT trays of cookies, so he could carry around the weight of a big metal tray and up to 12 cookies. That's a big boy.
As for scars, he has a lot of scars along his arms mostly from burning himself on the oven or from working with entirely too hot dough, but otherwise he's got some normal battle scars, nothing too deep. He's got stretchmarks along his hips and down the sides of his thighs.
Man has a LOT. And I mean a GOOD plenty of surgery scars along his body. He has a lot around his own chest, his upper arms, along his sides and some around his legs. Mostly from minor adjustments he's made on himself, but he's never given himself any specific chest surgeries. He's very natural, it's mostly just him messing with his own innards to make... adjustments on himself. Letting him work for longer without delays or need for breaks. They're sewn very neat despite doing it on himself, but they're a bit sensitive to the touch. He looks a lot like a Frankenstein's monster under his clothes, he hides them pretty well to look more... "presentable" to others.
Remember when I mentioned he's genderfluid? Yeah, he messes with his eyecing linings a lot. He'll make his liner thicker, give himself more lashes, it's just like messing around with makeup but you're holding a big icing tube to your eye and hoping to god you don't blot out your sight. Yes... he's had to replace his eyes before because of this.
