I am a disabled and queer artist. I cannot work full time, so having supplementary income would help me pay for rent and medical bills. Currently, I’m doing emergency commissions.

I primarily draw feral and pony art, but I’m also capable of drawing anthro and human characters.

Softer alt color palettes for commissions with vivid or eyebleed colors. If you want to use a piece of my art as a PFP or wanna post it somewhere and have more people see it, I can provide alts with colors that are easier on the eyes.

- mild gore—blood, injuries, but nothing involving internals. I’m not squeamish or particularly bothered by it, I’m just not great at drawing innards, so maybe I’ll offer more excessive gore later.

It’s like a caterpillar stuck in a loop, going from caterpillar to chrysalis to moth and back to caterpillar. Sometimes I get stuck in my chrysalis, and get too overwhelmed so I crawl back out a caterpillar again. Sometimes I’m a caterpillar with moth wings. Sometimes I’m a moth and a caterpillar at the same time. Sometimes I’m just the chrysalis with nothing inside.

there's never enough money each month. there's always an unexpected illness. new symptoms pop up or old symptoms flare up. meds have to be managed always and refilled constantly and any refill has the opportunity to go wrong. any regular care has the opportunity to go wrong. any mistake can send your health spiralling. it's always "i just need to get through this bad patch" but as soon as one ends another begins. another crisis begins in the middle of the last crisis. managing one thing leaves another thing to be neglected until that becomes a major issue and has to be managed asap and the cycle starts anew over and over and over

We have got to stop framing our oppression in ways that promote the idea that other people cannot relate to our struggles. Not only does it isolate comrades in the struggle, it actively diminishes recognition of other struggles--often including those even more horrific than what we are at risk of. And this happens especially between Gay and Black struggles.

"when have straight people ever had to check what states were safe for them?" Sundown towns are still a thing. Starlight tours. What states have abortion access? What states have open carry? What states have stand your ground? What states have 3-strike rules? Women, people of color, disabled people, immigrants, and more have had to be abundantly cautious where they travel to. Straight trans people have much more travel risk right now than gay cis people.

It's a new iteration of the same tired question: "imagine if straight people weren't allowed to marry" interracial marriage in the US is younger than my parents. We disgrace people of color by forgetting their history and contemporary struggles, and we abandon queer people of color, Black queer people, by segmenting their overlapping fights.

I’ve noticed I can taste certain songs and voices. Only specific ones though. Like, most songs and most voices its just nothing.

But I swear, James Blunt’s “Your Beautiful” tastes and smells exactly like bbq baked beans. Specific parts of the song smell especially smoky.

My coworker’s voice tastes like the cinnamon filling in cinnamon Pop Tarts. Which sucks, because I love cinnamon Pop Tarts and I kinda hate her.

And that’s about all I can remember off the top of my head. I didn’t really start thinking about it until recently.

I spent so long trying to figure that out. I even threw away the LOD, Nemesis, and Bodyslide files thinking I wouldn’t be able to use them since obviously I’d need to modify my load order and modlist and that meant generating everything again. Ugh.

I’m probably gonna modify it, so I’d need to clear those out anyway, but still.

And like, I should have figured? No crashlog was generating cause it was crashing on new game, so I grabbed Trainwreck instead of Crash Logger. Trainwreck is not really all that useful in general since it doesn’t provide nearly as much info, but it does generate crash logs in some instances where Crash Logger doesn’t.

And it did, and the crash log said it was crashing when EngineFixes was trying to fix the double perks on NPCs fix on load in. So of course I reinstalled EngineFixes, same way I always do. Preloader in Skyrim’s base folder with the .exe file and the data folder and all that, main EngineFixes file installed through the mod launcher. So it wasn’t due to improper installation.

I disabled to fix that was causing problems to see if I could at least load a new game and get a proper crash log generated, and low and behold, SkyUI pops up and tells me something’s wrong with SKSE and it can’t load. Which of course I didn’t notice SkyUI wasn’t properly loaded because the UI overhual I’m using seemed to load up just fine—the main menu background was replaced.

But now I’m thinking, or course it LOOKED like it loaded up just fine, the background replacer is just a texture. It’s going to load up. You don’t need SKSE to load textures (generally speaking, anyway.)

And of course I didn’t think anything was wrong with SKSE cause I JUST cleaned out the Skyrim installation folder before I even got started modding and installed the latest version of SKSE, which I know for a fact works with the latest version of Skyrim AE. And that’s what made me realize I wasn’t launching it through SKSE.

Anyway, I’m tired.

Y’all I’ve been trying to figure out why the fuck my Skyrim modlist isn’t launching and I forgot to launch it through SKSE.

Of course the mods that REQUIRE the script extender are going to crash the game if the script extender isn’t even active!

I’m pissed at myself, but I kinda have to cut myself some slack. The brain fog’s been bad and its been a while since I’ve modded Skyrim.

I am cautiously optimistic about gen 6 of MLP. That is to say, I’m hoping its at least entertaining, but I understand there’s a huge risk of them going the same route as gen 5.

I’m kinda worried, cause it looks like they might be bringing back gen 4 characters, and that was part of why gen 5 flopped. Gen 5 was this weird middle ground where they clearly wanted to have their own show with a new audience, but couldn’t let go of gen 4 entirely. It was like Hasbro thought what made gen 4 successful was the characters, and not like the fact that it was just a well written kids show.

I’m really hoping it turns out good. I heard its target audience is going to be toddlers. They could use more good shows.
