I cannot stress this enough- Build a routine. Build Habits. Wake up every day and get used to being productive, one day at a time. Do this for long enough and eventually you’ll be at your goal without even realising it.

Exercise 4-5 x a week

Try not to break my sobriety

Go out more, wether it be alone or with friends 

Stick to my signature scent 

Cultivate relationships with family members/friends

Slowly ditch processed foods and dairy

Get my legs and armpits lasered (already got my pussy and a$$ done)

Grow out my hair more / get hair trimmed every 4 months / avoid heat products

Apply for honors scholarship at my uni / maintain a gpa of 3.7 of higher

Drink more water

Use less makeup and appreciate my natural beauty

Floss daily

Don’t drink sodas or caffeine

Cook my own meals

Compliment more people

Be more understanding and patient
