Hey there! The name's Charlie Morris, but everyone just calls me Crutchie. Feel free to ask me (almost) anythin' you want!
Basic stuff about me:
I'm fifteen, so don't try anythin'
I don't want your pity. I get around perfectly fine without it!
I come from a Welsh family, but i don't need 'em no more
My mama ain't here anymore.
I'm the youngest o' three in my family, but I ain't seen 'em in years.
If ya saw me kissin' Jack... no ya didn't.
I'm incredibly nosy. Hold your secrets close.
ooc under the cut ^^
hiya! this blog is run by @snurphlee. mod and character are both minors!! crutchie and i both use he/him 😼

all asks take place post-strike on the date the ask is answered (if that makes sense). rp is welcome and encouraged!!
if you ask about a headline or recent events i'll try my best to research events that happened around the date of the ask :D
this is my personal interpretation of crutchie, so don't get offended if something isn't to your liking. however i am a crutchie fictionkin so i am correct /silly

*he calms his breathing bit by bit, squeezing his eyes shut and leaning into jack.*
i jus'... they called me some things. you know what kind. i'm tired o' people thinkin' i aint good enough 'cause of my leg, or pickin' on me when i'm mindin' my business like those assholes.
i can't hardly climb up a flight of stairs by myself. i'll never be able to get a real job once i get too old to sell papes. i don't know why you don't just leave me behind, i'll only slow ya down.
*crutchie stares at jack for a minute. he wants to believe jack so badly, but he's been told that he's useless or too slow his whole life to the point where it's become basically all he's known*
*he pulls his shirt off over his head and yep, his ribs look broken. there's bruising all across his torso and it doesn't look pretty, nor does crutchie look comfortable. he notices jack's expression and grimaces.*
*crutchie's hands cup jack's cheeks as he kisses him sweetly. however, it's admittedly a bit more painful with a freshly knocked out tooth and a broken nose.*
*Jack is tenderly holding Crutchie's face as he continues the kisses, hardly believing he was real. He notices Crutchie seems less tense than before and he smiles. *
*Crutchie leans into him. Too soon for his liking, he runs out of air and they separate. Crutchie rests his forehead on Jack's, their noses centimetres apart as Crutchie runs his fingers through Jack's hair.*
*Crutchie laughs, too flustered to form a response. It's like just being here with Jack has replaced all his coherent thoughts with internal screaming.*

Crutchie. I love your enthusiasm against those with ableist perspectives and your urgency to show them what the objectively correct viewpoint is. But, doing it by kicking out their legs from behind with a crutch is a dirty move, especially since you beat them with your textbook definition functional leg afterward. Although your methods are quite clever, eventually, someone is going to sucker punch you and I am going to run get Jack because I will not be able to help you outside of grimacing at the event. Might I instead propose a method that is sure to show people what's what while not causing physical harm to them? This method, is, of course, threatening gun violence with a concealed firearm which you, of course, do not actually have. After you do this to them, they are most likely to A) be weirded out and opposed towards interacting with you again, B) be frightened and run away, or C), the most cowardly move, to tell an officer of the law. In situation 'C', since you do not have a firearm on your person, the person will have falsely accused you of a crime and the officer of the law will not be able to proceed with any sort of legal action.
Sincerely, your friend always, David Mayer Jacobs.
I'm not kidding here, Racetrack. It's why you aren't supposed to actually have a firearm on you because it automatically renders the other person as the supposed villian because they have no way to prove that you actually said what they say you did.
I understand that. Trust me, I do. But I also understand if you initiate the fight, then you get blamed for it, even if you were taunted or heckled beforehand. If you throw the first punch, that's all the headline will tell.
