Can I just comment on how dumb I think this picture is: Yes we don’t choose be born but if we don’t give to the government we get nothing back. (UK here) We pay because we get help with health services, education services, social services, emergency services. I count us lucky that we have systems like these to help us. If you don’t want to pay go live in a community where only the rich people have a decent standard of living. You get what you pay for, give back to the society and people that help you out.
