I was trying to look for songs that I think would be Marcos-core but I couldn't find anything...until I stumbled upon The One.

Listen, Kawaikute Gomen is such a Marcos song. I won't take constructive criticism for this. The energy of going "Sorry (sarcastic) for being so cute/cool/awesome. Stay mad, haters :P" suits him so well (note: I'm specifically reading the song in a way that fits him but it might not be completely accurate to the intended meaning).

Also the lyrics "It annoys you, right? You deserve it!" is sooo him I can't-

Okay time for my list of Aro Mercury headcanons!!

He doesn't know what Aromantic (or Asexual for that matter) is yet.

He's aesthetically attracted to mainly cute, feminine people, and because of that, he has always assumed he is sooo straight. Or maybe bi or pan since he doesn't care if the feminine person identifies as male or nonbinary (okay, this post isn't about his sexual orientation but he probably fits gynosexual best).

He can be into romance in theory, especially in fiction, but he has never felt romantic attraction towards anyone (based on the way other people describe their experiences). Plus all the gossip and drama involved in real life has put him off to it.

He isn't interested in having a conventional romantic relationship. His Discord girlfriends fall into the category of casual relationship where they're friends and find each other hot. This is the only thing he has understood about himself so far.

The way he's loveless is that he would only classify his feelings towards people he likes to be around as "joy" and not "love". He doesn't love anyone but they can make him happy.

Also an adjacent headcanon:

He may also be Aplatonic spec? He prefers having casual relationships in general and hasn't gotten super attached to anyone platonically either. This one is still up in the air for him. If it happens it would be rare.

So...I think Mars has some form of OC.D, specifically the Sexual Orientation, Moral, and Pure OC.D subtypes. The intense fear of being/doing something can result in intrusive thoughts of those things, and man does Mars have a lot of those fears and thoughts. And then there's his obsessive thinking and over-analyzing of those things as well.

The Sexual Orientation one is obvious with him being massively Gay in Denial. Pure OC.D manifests internally, like repeating words over and over in your head or dissecting something until it feels right, rather than physical compulsions (more commonly known), which I think fits him. The Moral OC.D subtype is more of a headcanon, but I imagine he has very high and very specific standards for himself and he feels an intense need to adhere to them, and therefore always be in the "right". This is so he can feel "okay" with himself with all his deep-seated insecurities. He also generally gives off Perfectionist energy, abiding by the logic of "I HAVE to do this thing this particular way or else it's so over." (I censored OC.D because I don't want to invade the tag with character headcanons.)

Mars can scream on the mic at best

Mercury lacks emotion but probably has a good voice

Venus is average

Jupiter is not a singer lol

Saturn can sing good 👍but only certain types of songs

Uranus and neptune can sing well too

Pluto can do a death metal scream but no singing

i dont think that people actually dislike 'fluff' in writing its just that not many people know how to write characters well when nothing high stakes is happening and therefore the scenes feel bland or wasted (tucks and rolls offstage) because they can only imagine people to be interesting during high action scenes and not during the slower moments in between (slides on a tomato) likely because they consider their own life and the people around them uninteresting and cannot imagine characters they want to like to be anything less than larger than life when in reality the quiet humanity between action is the core of all good character writing (gets shot)
