“Oh it is!” Feliciano laughed softly. “It’s warm loud and crowded. But, I wouldn’t trade that life for anything else.”
“Man, where I’m at is the complete opposite. Especially the village I was in. Sort of wishy-washy about that place, still.”
[grin grin] Hey, heard there was a new villain in town.
“Hm? Oh, uh yeah. That’s me.”
He was a little startled by the sudden talking, but his dumb smile is coming back.
“I’m Radovan. Nice to meet you.”

“Really? I spill all the time–I’m shit at mornings. My girlfriend gets mad at me when I spill close to her computer, so I gotta watch it,” he admitted. “What’s on the list, Radovan? We might have some extra stuff here from people who moved out and left their shit.”
“Oh man, I don’t blame her, I guess.” Radovan hums softly before turning it slightly to read off a few of the things he needed.
“Some scotch tape, a toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water to keep in my room, some drapes, and a box of snack cakes.”

It’s the run up to the Winter Olympics, anything could hurt me. [sighs] Then again, my coach seems to think it’s always the run up to the Olympics…
“Well holy shit.”

“See? Maybe they’re a little too tight on it, just let loose and have just a little, it won’t kill you.”

“Sure it will all be fine! Think is likely you will be able to have assistance, at very least. Should not have anything to be worrying about.” She smiles as she watches him, rocking back on her feet a little bit.
“Is a good mindset to be having! Think is very good opportunity to be here, so should be exciting.”
“Great, I’m more than excited now. Is there anything else I should know about this place? Like tips or anything?”
[grin grin] Hey, heard there was a new villain in town.
“Hm? Oh, uh yeah. That’s me.”
He was a little startled by the sudden talking, but his dumb smile is coming back.
“I’m Radovan. Nice to meet you.”

“Yong Soo works, so does Soo, whatever you can remember.”
“I mean, you’re ahead of me. I didn’t unpack for a week or two until I got forced to do it.” He inclined his chin slightly, gesturing to the paper in his hand. “That a shopping list?”
“Soo, got it. Ah-- yeah. I’ve got most of my stuff on there. It’s sort of hard to read, though. I spilled coffee on it this morning while I was making it.”

It doesn’t taste literally like candle wax. It’s like… You know how scented candles never smell exactly what they’re supposed to? This tastes like someone was talking about chocolate three rooms away, and then someone without a sense of taste decided to make it into a flavor. Add in how wax tastes like nothingness and that’s pretty much it. Does that make sense?
[the mug floats]
You want it? It’s probably fine because my son likes it when I make it. Everything just tastes wrong to me.
“Uh-- a little bit--”
[He’s actually startled for a second when it starts floating but then wait. Remember where he is.]
“Sure, I’m uh, Radovan by the way.”
[BUT OKAY, IT’S SO COOL HE CAN MAKE THAT FLOAT THOUGH, JUST FOR A SECOND OF THOUGHT.]

[…] [one second she’ll check her phone to see] January….25th. European Championships.
But I have a decent amount of training before then, cause the choreography still needs to be fully fleshed out.
“Then? And a cup of hot chocolate would hurt you? I could never do sports like that. Ever.”

…I can’t. [pouts] I can win as many golds as I want but my coach won’t let me off my diet in case it throws off my system at the same time as a competition.
“Well when’s your next competition?”
nevinovno:
[huffs] [and just slumps on the ground next to her case]
My flight out of Marseille was delayed after I already had to get up so early the morning after I got wasted at the gala.
“Oh jesus, I don’t blame you.”
[Look down at his hot chocolate]
“There’s some more in a pot in the kitchen.”

[drags herself inside, suitcase in hand] [seems jetlagged…and a little hungover]
I can finally rest for a bit until the European Championships.
[ He’s passing through in his bunny slippers, mostly lazy because he hasn’t had the need to do anything yet today]
“...Are you okay?”
[this son of a gun has some hot chocolate because it is hot! he slowly sips it…holds it in his mouth…then calmly spits it back out into the mug]
Why must everything taste like candles. [cocoa dribbles down his chin]
“..What do you mean by ‘taste like candles?’ Do you mean like-- literal candle wax?”

“Ah, supposing that is true! Am sure you will be getting chance to soon enough.” She smiles a bit at the laugh, relaxing a bit.
“Yes, probably. Is easier transitioning for some than others, so think you will have to wait and seeing how it goes.”
“Yeah, I hope they don’t make it too hard for me anyways. I think they’ll give me a little break since it’s gonna be my first time doing anything, I guess.”
He’ll lean against the doorway a little.
“Yeah, I know. I’m a little excited about being here though.”

“Oh, that’s cool! I’ve always wanted to go to Italy, honestly. I heard it’s pretty warm there.”

An affable smile spread across his lips as he leaned nonchalantly against the doorway. “How’ve you been settling in?”
“Pretty good, as good as unpacking can be, I guess. I just need to buy a couple things..and Yong Soo. Cool name.”
He actually has the list in his hand, all scratched up and dumb looking, but that’s his handwriting.

“Well, is least useful for something. Better than nothing.” She nods, hands clasping together. “Ah, okay. Good to hearing. Think it takes most people while to get used to how different things here are.”
“Yeah, but I can’t wait until I get to go out and actually-- do things. Like, begin to use them for something different besides party tricks.”
He can’t help but laugh a little. This girl is so nice to him.
“Gotcha. So it’s definitely going to be a work in process.”
jurysverdict:
“It takes some time. I mean, some people are a lot friendlier than others. In a lot of regards.” She laughed, sharp and without any sort of grace. “Villain’s good, I like villains. But, I like most things.”
“I’m hoping that most people are fine with me, at least. I think I’m sort of a cool guy.”
He’s quiet before shrugging.
“Well, either way, I appreciate that you ‘like’ me, I suppose.”
